Rafael is also a published author and TEDx Speaker. He is also known as “Prof. Chiuzi” by his students at the University of Toronto Mississauga where he teaches organizational behaviour.     I’m sure his heart is in the right place but ‘psychological safety’ sounds sort of Orwellian.
