I love this idea of being real and asking employees to be real when they see performance dropping. Unfortunately, those conversations generally lead to employees being encouraged to leave vs management getting creative. And, if you’re lucky enough to have a great manager, they will allow you 30-60 days notice so you can be comfortable and not panicked to take the first job to come. Meanwhile, the manager also has time to look around the office, you might train someone, and management now has an extended time for interviewing. Doesn’t that sound so much easier? I really liked they way he emphasized, “It’s your life. Be happy.”
Major challenge his for many people they don't have much choice over what job they like to do! Bills gotta be paid somehow! And it's up to each person and line manager and whole management to Train Inspire and develop better strategies and build a fun progressive positive work place from inside out!
Where Love Blossoms once they become a part of the organization yes it is vital that these many people work in an environment that creates a want to come in to that organization every single day. But we as a human species do have the luxury of being able to make a choice especially our career path. It starts with the environment we are raised around and the programmings the kids are being taught at an early age. If they are raised to believe they can’t be whoever they want to be and that this is just the way life is then they will act in accordance but if they are told they can then they will act in accordance. We as a human species are naturally creative, resourceful and wholistic. We need to get back to that awareness so that we can create the lives that we want for ourselves and so that we don’t have to end up taking a career path we don’t necessarily want to endeavor
Where Love Blossoms also certain coworkers 😳. How much ever you move away or keep ourselves away or try to be nice , there is no fix still with a few bunch 🙄

In the corporate world you may (and likely will) find yourself being subject to X type senior leaders and that greatly hinders a team lead's ability to create a Y type team.
How about a Y person in a company suddenly turned to be a X person because of the working environment, is there a remedy for this person to be a Y person again? (the working environment is full of X person and full of gossip, crab mentality and loves to slander people who they think are their competition)
