Ma'am when we are draining the pai from our tender points and taking them to the chest, Do we lift our palm & the four fingers while draining downwards or they continue to slide on the skin all along?

They continues to slide on the skin with a good amount of pressure

Mam How many time it will take to get relief? because it has been 4-5 months for me, I have also done physiotherapy twice, but no relief.

In my case these exercises dint work. It gave only short duration pain relief.
That is lack of strengthening, once you get better ..start with strengthening exercises
How many time we have to do this exersice in day?
2 to 3 times a day
