Agree with your dad. Fix one thing every day! It stops life from getting to a point where it’s crazy and out of control! Today, I fixed three things that I’ve been putting off for ages…The procrastination was real!
When I worked for Colorado State University, one year I found that there were several single, divorced and widowed women in my dept. so I started helping these ladies with repairs or hanging a shade and what have you and I always made sure I showed them how easy it was to do once you know how to do it. It gave them confidence to do more than they thought they could do. I enjoy your video's. PS I don't have a white blouse, Ha.
Great video ❤ We had a bathroom door that never quite closed correctly, it was an irritating little fight every day for years. We “just got used to it”…what an easy fix. I fixed it myself -used door hinge shims and replaced the hardware too. I ended up updating all of the interior doors and fixing problem ones too. It’s leading to tackling other issues.
Well, I did manage to work out today and clean my yard up a bit. It was one of those lazy days where I just wanted to plunk on my sofa and crawl under a blanket and watch a movie. When I go on the bike and treadmill, I watch UA-cam, so I actually enjoy it. I just forced myself to do it 😂
These are great suggestions!! For me, greeting the day, usually barefoot, by stepping outside with my morning coffee is a must. It's my favorite part of the day.
I hate reading instructions so I now get myself comfy with a cup of coffee and a notepad and read instructions. I highlight some sections and/or take notes. When I feel confident I proceed with the task that requires following the instructions. 😊
I love your channel! So real. I am going to work on 1 &2. 3&4 I have nailed. My contribution to your list is meditate. I am on day 589 streak, using my Muse S headband. I naturally wake up somewhere between 4 and 6 and that first hour is for meditation. Life changing habit.
Easy, simple things we can do. And can be combined! I reorganized my canned goods cabinet. It's all neat, clean, things are easy to find and got moving by being up and down off the step stool.
We always called them the destructions lol! I really miss my Fitbit watch it made me get up and move to see my steps accomplished ! Thanks I’m washing my daughters now She went away on the weekend lol 💕Happy Sunday Laura 💕
My life hack is to always have a funeral dress and a new pair of pantyhose hanging together and ready to go. If it was good enough advice for Queen Elizabeth, it's good enough for me.
I must have a weird shaped body because every button up blouse I have tried on gaps in between the boobs. If I try a size larger, then they are too big everywhere ! I love how a white blouse looks so if you know of a good brand that doesn’t gap please let me know !

I heard that recently, always step outside first thing in the morning it resets your brain and your body. I’m going to start that too
I like this one!

Love the tried and true highlighter!
It's like having a person of high class care about us!
Well thanks but I’m not high class just learned to do a lot of public speaking over 40 plus years when I was a mayor.

I’ve heard the same thing from other women. Think I need to add that to my ‘new things to try list’. Thanks

Perfect!!
Awesome!!
I think the ideas are great with exception of 4. Im not a blouse girl, and definitely not white. Hate blouses for myself.
I think it’s all about having a ‘go to’ but it can be whatever works for you!
I can't do white ANYTHING!!! I've always been a spiller/ armpit stainer!!! LMAO
Do admit I steer clear of the buffet line🤣🤣
Talking about blouses ... Love yours❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Wash and wear!!

Hello 🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸

I buy from Talbots. There sales are amazing Any brand that has the slim fit helps because you can go bigger but the blouse doesn’t become a bag.
@@laurahillauthor thank you very much ! I will check them out !!!!
If you`re big busted and prone to spilling, a white blouse is a threatening terror. I have a series of traumatic memories...
🤣🤣I have to agree. It’s the only time I eat with a dish towel tied around my neck.
