- This is part two of my day with the lovely people at Triumph Adventure Experience. I finally get around to testing a Scrambler and the 1200 Tiger off-road.

Ok, if my may notice, Scrambler gave you a bit of rumble but it managed everything, Tiger in the other hand kicked you off twice and tired you more in first couple of minutes in straight! Enough for me! 😂

Wonderful outing proving the Triumphs worth & yours! The Tiger 800 seemed like the perfect balanced machine, makes me want to try it, the scrambler harkens back to earlier times, the 1200 Explorer seems too taxing. Bloody good times though!

Wow! All credit to Triumph for having faith in their bikes and all credit to you for showing your fails but I think you did well overall. I lost my off-road cherry on a Kawasaki KLV1000 (Suzuki V-Strom clone) so I know exactly what you were going through! Lol.
Its great fun have to say, would love to go back now its dry and really let rip!! :-)

I have a Street Scrambler and the fear you experienced taking this off-road was the exactly the same as me when I went off-road with it …. hahah! Great video keep it up!

To be honest Chopsy the conditions look hard on any bike, you did well there mate.

Awesome stuff Chops. That looks like a GREAT crack!! I'll let Mrs Father Christmas know that this is a viable gift option! Good work mostly staying upright in what is quite clearly the most treacherous terrain known to man (A Welsh Man). ;D

You’ve got bigger ballls than me Chops, I would be paddling around both feet on the ground in the car park! Any time you can walk away from an off-road experience is a result in my book,well done sah!👏👏👏👏👍🏻
haha thanks Nelly, under normal conditions this would have been way more fun but was extremely wet and slippy. Would like to go back now its dry and really rip!! :-)
Just got back from there after two days, yes during Storm Hannah lol ~ absolutley knackered ~ but immense fun..... now I ache just a little.... loads :)

Awesome stuff Chops! Good to see this Triumph Adventure Experience is the proper stuff, and that these Tigers are certainly capable machines. The Scrambler was probably a bit out of it's depth there, probably would have been fine in drier condions.
I will most likely fork out £300 to have a go at this, looks like a great day out.
They actually have a separate day for the Scramblers on more trail riding rather than the hardcore offroad. It's a great bike really enjoyed it on the road sections see why you bought one!

Oh man... this looks like real great stuff... sad that its not available in Austria, maybe i have to go with KTM... ;-) but these Triumph bikes are awesome! SpeedTrible - lovely bike, drove one once - nearly bought it right away - but i chose to take the Tuono. :-)

Mate, that looks a proper blast! :-) I so miss playing in the dirt... I was more shit than a shit rider riding on shit in the rain when I had a dirty bike, but it was so much fun every ride! :-)

Awesome video nerve wracking stuff! Would you say the Scrambler is a fun bike off road or is only a style exercise?
Its fine for gravel tracks etc but serious off-road and you soon reach the suspension limitations. Its very heavy too so not really your first choice tbh
