    Great video, Look out for the Main Water Hose going out to the chiller, it looked as if was bent in a little to steep angle.

      its not a problem as soon as you start the chiller there is enough pressure to keep it strait , but thanks for the tip

    Great video! In the summer when the temperatures are hot, what is the temperature of the water coolant coming from the dry cooler into the chiller? Basically, at what temperature does the chiller receive the water and what temperature does it cool it down to?

    • @Crypto_mining_lab
      @Crypto_mining_lab  6 місяців тому +1

      Basically the chiller has the ability to reduce temperature a lot compared to dry cooler which are limited by the ambient temps since they use fans to blow air to reduce temperature , the doesn’t matter what temperature the chiller receive the coolant from the dry cooler , the target temp going back to the cabinet would be between 30 to 38 C as per manufactures specification ( the S21 hydro can take higher temperature up to 45 ) so the chiller will work harder in summer to reduce temp down to 38 C

    • @user-ki3hi9vi1u
      @user-ki3hi9vi1u 6 місяців тому

      Yes, I understand that. What I am hoping to find out is how much the chiller has to cool the fluid. For example, the chiller cooling water from 60 degrees down to 38 degrees uses more power and requires a larger unit than a chiller cooling water from 50 degrees to 38 degree. Do you happen to know the highest water outlet temperature from the dry cooler? Also, Bitmain has told me that water inlet temperature does not matter too much as long as the chips and PCB stay below 80 degrees. What is your limiting factor, the chip temperature or just trying to chill the water to 38 degrees no matter what? Thanks a lot! @@Crypto_mining_lab

      @@user-ki3hi9vi1u Hi, the Temperature on the S21 Hyd makes a difference. I try to keep it at around 35 degrees but even on bitmains homepage you can see that the efficiency goes down and Miner take almost 6kW isntead of 5.5 at a 50 degree inlet temperature and they dont recomend going above that. If you will feed it 70 degree water it probbably cut down towards 250 TH/s and still take the max 6-6.5kW. Regarding your question, it is easy to calculate on these things and make a solution that work for your setup. Just calculate on a system that need to chill 5kW per miner times the amount of miner and in what temperature range it will work in, for me in Northern Sweden I only need a Air/water Heatpump that can handle xx kW of cooling capacity. And a Ton of solar Panels and 125kWh of battery storage to handle most of the nights also without using power from Grid. :)

    and the breaker is 21pcs. so you share 2 miner for 1 breaker? how many amp is the 3pole breaker each?
    i dint see any relay in wiring cabibet. If one of the cable say L1 red color's fuse if trip or burnt, the voltage will not be 380-410v, is that ok without relay to protect miner?

      Breakers are 63 A each , the miners are 5.5 ke , the bleakest are more then enough handle two mines , a lot of people will be overclocking these miners up to 7kw per miner that’s why you need to leave a margin for that , the system has a phase protection

    Hello it’s not possible to use only a water tower instead of water chiller + dry cooler ?

    • @Crypto_mining_lab
      @Crypto_mining_lab  6 місяців тому +1

      It’s possible if you live in an area where water is wildly available as cooling tower waste a lot of water , and they are limited in terms of reducing temperature
      Dry cooler and chiller don’t water water recirculate same fluid in close loop

    • @Crypto_mining_lab

      Is 180 square mm , that’s a standard size used in electrical wiring is a four core 3 phase and one neutral

      erm...actually is not standard size. if the cabinet can fit 10miner then not make sense to use same like yours. @@Crypto_mining_lab

    What type of coolant liquid did you use. Was it Deionized water or some other liquid?

    • @Crypto_mining_lab
      @Crypto_mining_lab  3 місяці тому +1

      You can use any liquid based in your location, if you are located in a cold area you can use antifreeze , otherwise regular water will works just fine , it’s a close loop system so you are not wasting any liquids

    Have you ever facing "high min temp" error?
    2024-01-10 09:38:21 too hot water temperature pic temp 47 (min 47)

      never faced that because our water temps stays between 30 to 38 C all time , the error you having is the intel water temp is too high , you need to improve your cooling

      @@MyClassicify yes that’s in Celsius , the average is 59 C to 60 C within the miners, which is a good temperature , the temp within the miner can go up to 80 C before you have an issue with cooling , you can think of this as the chip temperature , the temp show on the miner interface are picked up around the chips , not the hottest point of the miner , inlet temp is measured before the waist enter the miner which we has a display on the cabinet showing 33 C

    Hi! I am in the process of getting funding for a Bitcoin mining farm/operation in Texas (USA). I have selected a site with three phase electricity at the property, city water, and city sewer. I can get VERY cheap electricity from the utility provider (~$0.005/kWh). I am thinking of a Bitmain S21 hydro setup (40-60 units) to get started. I love this full setup, and I think it may be more cost effective versus the Bitmain Antspace HK3 container solution. Does your company offer delivery and installation of a setup exactly like this one in the U.S.? Please reach out to me. I would love to chat in more depth and give you more details. Best Regards - Mike
