Nice question. Because the inner circulation(connected with miners) uses distilled water. But the other part uses normal water like lake water, city water, rivers etc. to prevent the normal water to remain scale and block the pipe, there is an automatic detector and when the water is high in minerals it will automatically flush out the water and keep the pipe clear. So mainly just different water standards
If you are cooling with water why do you transfer heat from 1 water system loop to another water system loop. Its more efficient if take out the heat exchanger to connect the two loops and just make one loop?
