You CAN play this game. Just download QooApp (Asian play store). It's in Chinese but I can play without any problem. The game is pretty intuitive :)

What I know is no...The Dwellers' illustrations will only change when you collect enough character cards to level up them. Each Dweller has their own weapon and skill. For example, Piper can give her teammates bonus critical chance during the battle.

To my knowledge, as of right now, they don't have any plans to release anywhere else, which sucks given the original Fallout Shelter still is one of my favorite game

hey been playing for a little now. lvl 17 atm and on server 39, i have a translator also, found out that different amour sets give different bonuses, if you need help with something i might be able too :)

Yes, there is a feature which allows you to switch rooms around with no cost, a step up from the original FO Shelter, it is a great implementation, I actually used this in the third part, if I recall correctly.

Unfortunately, as of right now, this game is a China exclusive, however, I do hope they release this in North America, because I am working on part 2 right now, and I think this is a pretty solid game, I can see myself playing this for quite some time.
