Congrats on 50k! I discovered your videos a few months ago and don't watch many US creators (I'm from Aus), but have really been loving your videos! I've been vegan for years and have been focusing the last 12 months on strength training and hitting my protein goals, so always love to see vegan recipes. Creami tips: spin it one full-time, take the lid off and add a couple tablespoons of liquid and respin. Also, adding a tablespoon of instant pudding mix makes it so much more creamy. You can use regular or sugar-free or whatever you like.

Your enthusiasm is the best! Always brainstorming creative ideas! I traded traditional store bought tortillas for juice pulp or pureed veggies mixed with cassava flour and flax for a healthier wrap/tortilla so I'm totally on board with your egg/cottage cheese version =)

yes that's what I did with the re-spinning but I have seen people doing the pudding mix so need to try that!!!

Choc rice pudding + pip&nut choc pb oat bar
Cottage Cheese Wrap:
200g cottage cheese
1-2 eggs
50g spinach
Garlic + onion powder
Salt + pepper
Oregano + basil
Blend and bake at 180° for 40 mins
Edamame noodles + basil pea pesto
Bean + cheese pitta
