The cream in the cinnamon rolls keeps them moist. But that was WAY too much extra butter and brown sugar. I do a quarter of that for one tube of rolls and they come out delicious.

5:00 so here in South Africa we have a different version of this that we make for braai's(BBQ). We take bread dough. Make balls with it and put it in the pan. Then you pour cream over it and sprinkle the brown sugar over the wet dough. Then you put it in the oven for about 40 minutes at 180°C.

Out of all the recipes the hot dog spaghetti makes me want Filipino spaghetti minus the buns and pepperoni and add banana ketchup. The deep fried avocado looks so good I would want to try it out. Save yourself the stress of the popcorn in the blender and just pop popcorn, pour milk or cream over it, and leave it in the fridge overnight. It'll infuse all that popcorn flavor. Then make ice cream like normal with it.

There's a smaller version of burrata called burratini. That's probably what she used for the avocado recipe.
