    Hey man your video on getting out of competing was eye opening for me (As did seeing Dr. Mike suffer in his most recent competition). I just got out of being obese and got pretty damn fit. Midway through cutting after my first bulk where I put on significant amounts of muscle, I realized I dont really care about getting shredded anymore. I think Im just gonna eat a balanced diet and live around 15% body fat. Try to focus on enjoying the body I built with sports, friends, and good healthy foods instead of getting into a sisyphean cycle of cutting and bulking to look better ad infinitum. I feel like im training now out of a love for lifting and exercise than self hatred. Kind of how you described rucking. Thank you for your videos.

    Best fitness video on the internet right now. I ate 0.1 grams of protein per day from 2021-2022. I then ate 0.7 grams of protein per pound every day from 2022-2023. Massive difference; even at the same weight. At one point i think i was actually heavier and leaner than before.

    The point of this video definitely needs to be said. I've heard that misconception before too. "I dont want to get big. I just want to get lean." Lol. As if it's super easy. Also, picked up my whey, cookies chip cookies, from Marc's MTS Nutrition and I can't recommend it enough. Just waiting on the shirts to restock so I can pick one up.     Just wanted to throw this out there it helps me. 3 table spoons of cottage cheese PLUS EITHER sugar-free vanilla or sugar-free jello, which is only 10 calories. Mix that together, and it's a great source of protein. Hope that helps someone I't does for me anyway
