Great job Dean and Joanie, that Italian Pork Stew looked great and would definitely warm you up. The scenery was great too. Thanks for sharing with us. Fred.👍👍👍👍👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Glad you enjoyed it, Fred!!! She really surprised on this one... Looking forward to her making it again, as she has been repeating through the OCIC recipes during Covid.
Definitely the right type of pasta with that stew to suck up all the sauce and awesomeness. Swirl spiral pasta fusilli, radiatori, and rotini, ... farfalle (bowtie), ... and conchiglie (conch shells - small and medium).
Difficile mantenere il maiale nello stufato - continuano a strisciare fuori - devono continuare a batterli sulla testa e spingerli indietro !!! Hahahahahahahaha ......

Good looking and hearty stew. Then added the pasta to finish. Nicely Done. Thanks for sharing. 😎.
Thanks for watching, Grumpy!!!

Next on my list to make, for sure!!!
It will not disappoint... Enjoy!!!
Love the video guys! Keep them coming!
Thanks Luke, glad you liked it!!!
cool. I use my camp dutch oven on my stove and in it. Same as coated ones.
Very cool!
Thank you for another great video and recipe. How should the recipe be adjusted to make it 1-pot, that is, cook the bow ties in the stew?
Great idea!... Increasing the liquid content.
Well, I have copied everything you said to the letter, have it simmering on the stove right now, it smells beautiful, thanks for the recipe.
Wonderful! Enjoy eating it. Joanie OCIC
No olive oil ??? !!!! (heresy ... hehehe). Rub olive oil in the measuring cup, then fill the tomato paste. Paste falls out clean and intact.
She used olive oil, but didn't use the bread baker's trick... I'll pass it along to her.
The Italians be crying
They'll want more..more..more! ;) OCIC
