Can you PLEASE make a Video about your garden? Because i do gardening on my balcony and also gardening in my parents garden. But in YOUR garden, everything looks SO natural, clean and good! i have no idea how you manage to mix the crops so dense together and also be looking so good!
Yea I would love to see that too! Or like a overview of all the cooking pots and utensils he has
This looks amazing! Like an ancient Roman pot roast. Simple and readily available ingredients, too. I will give this recipe a try!

Do you know what names do pork collar get in different parts of the world today?
We call it "bondiola" in Argentina :)
It's the higher part of the neck, if I'm not mistaken.
woah I've never been so early to any video. xD
Looks like a nice cut of meat. Wine's always good, hehe.
For our traditional stews, we usually sear the meat before stewing it. Would this work too, you think? Or would that ruin the flavour?
It surely would not ruin the flavor, but it is a technique that we don't find in De Re Coquinaria.
