That "garlic powder" at 0:47 and at 3:30 is the most delicious powder, but when Gordon turned it into "onion powder" at 4:12 that really blew my socks off. Amazing powder, truly the most amazing powder I've ever seen.

Years of training and practice, time management and organisation, communication whilst focused on the tasks at hand etc. I'd imagine this demonstration would be a walk in the park to him over the rapid process of working and running busy kitchens in previous years.

When Gordon said "lay that on top," I said "literally" out loud...did NOT expect him to say that a second after I did. And now, my ribs hurt. Thank you, Gordon. You literally knocked the wind out of me.

I'm quite confident it took me longer than 10 minutes but it was awesome! The wife bought broccoli instead of spinach... I felt prosciutto was unnecessary but wait, I have some thick bacon! It's going on! I should of plated more of the corn salsa but it was very good! Thank you! My signature recipe!!! Lol

Puts the cooked pork tenderloin onto some paper towels to absorb the grease, THEN POURS ALL THE GREASE FROM THE PAN UNTO IT, LOLLLLLL. I've never seen anyone do that before :P
What's the purpose? Lol. Sure, it could get the pan dripping flavors onto it, but then how will the paper towels absorb the grease? Lol.

@@rebelgirl7289 All that grease will prevent the bottom from absorbing it, IMO, and it will make it more greasy on the top and sides, IMO. One day, I should test it out and see, but how can one ply of paper towel absorb all the grease poured onto it? Seems counterintuitive to me. And how much flavor is added that isn't from just the grease?
