The best iPhone really though I started with the iPhone 4s then got 5 then the 7 then the 6s and now I got the XS max and the XS max with that a doubt is the greatest technology I have ever held I’m my hand I doubt the iPhone 8 even compares

i have an 256GB iphone 8 in space grey. i bought it new and I love it. perfect size to take everywhere, even to gym or when running. the size is def a sweet spot for me. the phone is super fast, photos look very good. only issue i have is with the mic. sometime people complain that they cant hear me very well when talking on the phone. also the battery life could be better but it's okay. other than that i am more than happy with the phone. but let's see the new iPhones for 2019...
@@crusty_sandwich1932 I have the Rhinoshield playproof and tbh its the best case i ever used and that's from someone who has used a lot of them. Its very light and thin for a rugged case so basically you get the best of both worlds, looks and protection.
This entire video has on how “dated” the phone is, even though it came out at the same time as the X and has basically the same internals. It’s not a bad phone and many people would prefer this form factor to that of the new notched phones

I am coming from the iPhone SE 16 GB and I bought my iPhone 8 64 GB almost a month ago. It's such a big improvement, a bigger screen, true tone display, it's faster and it has 3D touch which i'm totally in love with. It's so much easier to access the most apps directly with the 3D touch. I don't care if the iPhone 8 model is from 2017, but it's the best phone so far. The upgrade was totally worth it.
Had my iPhone 8 since late June, and it still holds up well for my needs. Love the Product RED color on it, and the battery still lasts me pretty much the whole day (at 98% max capacity as of when I'm posting this).
Since iPhone SE stop for sale, iPhone 8 is the smallest one could buy. Because of signal issue,I change my SE to iPhone8 few weeks ago. Even in 2018,iPhone 8 is really a nice product with great hardware ,camera,CPU. I thought for daily use, it’s still a good choice with reasonable price.
Personally I don’t think that this phone is outdated/ the design. In fact, it’s very modern. It’s the same size as the 6/7 but the back looks nothing like it, in terms of Colors. The back is very similar to the I phone X/10.
It’s strange to look on a iPhone 8 to an iPhone 8, but I think the iPhone 8 is still worth this money it’s still a good phone. But for me I definitely prefer the iPhone 8 Plus but I still happy with my iPhone 8.
Have had my iPhone 8 (Product) Red Edition for about 5-6 months now and it’s still performing flawlessly. Can run the most advanced games without issue, any game I’ve tried. Camera is more than good enough for me as someone who takes some photos but not a ton plus it shoots upto 4K 60FPS video. Now I’ll admit I’ve been an Apple fan for awhile and a big reason as to why I use them now is just because it integrates with a lot of stuff I already have/use such as my iMac, iPad, n Apple Music etc... but regardless I believe I would still be a fan of the phone if I wasn’t such apart of their ecosystem. I only have 2 complaints about the phone and they’re pretty minor; one is that sometimes people say they can barely hear me when I’m in an area where it’s quiet or something, could be their phone but I’ve heard it from a few dif people on a few occasions and my second complaint is it’d be nice if the battery life was a bit better. When I leave for work at 5:45am with 100% battery then come home at approximately 5:45pm with usually about 25% battery and that’s with moderate use. I’ve only had it ever die on me while I was out for the day once but I used it more than usual and wasn’t home until almost 12:00am so in virtually all situations you can guarantee you’ll at least get a full day of battery life under virtually any circumstances unless you’re literally trying to record video all day or something. I’m a carpenter on large residential tower construction sites and rock a Pelican Marine case while at work and the couple times I’ve dropped it the case has protected it 100%, plus it ups the protection from IP-67 to IP-68. I just use a slim clear silicone skin on my days off but my phone literally looks as good as the day I bought it. I’ve had lots of phones/smartphones over the year and this is the best phone I’ve owned of the bunch. And assuming it holds up fine and nothing catastrophic happens I’ll hold onto it for another 12-18 months before I upgrade as we are practically at the point where I can virtually guarantee I’ll be able to run anything on this phone that comes out by then. iPhone 8 📱got a good bit of hate when it came out but it’s got the internals of an iPhone X basically and is a very solid phone.

My work phone is an iPhone 8 and honestly sometimes I find myself reaching for it over my personal phone the XS Max. That smaller form factor is just nice sometimes. Both run equally smooth too.
My 7 is still fast, battery health still at 92% (and it hasn’t budged for a year, which is weird, but I am ok with that) so I should be ok for a while. My 5C battery crapped out at 1.5 years and after I had a new battery put in it, that’s when it really slowed down because of the processor, so next time I will just get a new phone.

From all the people I know private and at work, I’m literally the only person with an iPhone 8 :D I didn’t buy the X back in the day because everyone was buying it. So I got the X for my girlfriend and bought the 8 for myself and I still love it. For its small size, the camera, battery and speed are absolutely insane! Definitely will keep it at least until March when the new phones come out, if not until next year March. I just love it
I just bought an iPhone 8 a couple weeks ago and I’m not disappointed at all. This is my first iPhone after years of using Android (and Windows Phone for quite a bit as well). Also, I would rather buy the outdated iPhone design with a button than those ‘modern’ ugly notch-ed versions.
iPhone 8/8 plus every time all the time! Great device, cost effective with great features, just as efficient and fast as the X, plus lighter with a tad less bulk and size. As pretty as the Xs/Xs max is with the improved cameras, A12 Bionic chip, etc...there’s absolutely no way I’ll ever pay $1000+ for a half thought out notched-screen design. Yes, those that have the X-series say it doesn’t matter and the notch isn’t a big deal and I’m sure you would get used to it, but Apple being one of THEE top tech companies on the forefront of cutting edge style and functionality, they definitely could’ve come up with a quite stylish alternative that actually would have made (more) people willing to spend the few extra hundred! Can’t go wrong with the 8.
I've had the iPhone 8 and I enjoyed the experience except that I begun getting tired of the traditional iPhone with the dedicated home button. I wanted to experience the full screen mode. For the most part it was fine but the battery life sucked.
I loved my 8 and traded it for the 11 because I could get the 11 $240 cheeper and because it came in lavender. ☺️ However, I just bought iPhone 8 certified pre-owned in great condition for my mom from Verizon for $289! It will be a major upgrade for her. Yes the iPhone 8 is still worth it!
Have had a few occasions where it glitches, whether selecting things on screen. Size of fine. But it will feel slower in the years to come. But won’t upgrade until apple makes something worthwhile personal preference or not.
I feel like when the iphone x was put kn shelves it made people forget that when you pay less you wont have the same feel. I just think that if the iphone x wasnt brought out at the same time then people would have been super happy with the ip8
As someone with teeny tiny hands, this phone is way better then a phablet for me. It has a beautiful, premium design with the glass back, it runs fantastic and has a great camera, even with only one lens. The 8+ was way too big, and I couldn’t justify spend over €1000 on an X
I use my iPhone 8 for about a year (upgraded from SE). Never charged with the wireless charger 😄 That means that technology goes ahead of our real needs (or I’m an outdated man). The iPhone 8 runs great on iOS 12, and I think I will be using this phone for a couple of years more.
I think the iPhone 8 is still worth it. It’s very nice. I have it now. My 7 had some video issues so I ended up returning it and got the 8 instead. It’s one apple’s best selling iPhones. Saw someone at Apple getting the same iPhone I was getting as well.

iPhone 8 better then more android devices , his have a waterproof IP67 (I tested 👌).Stereo dynamics is sound good.And very optimized processor (PUBG 60 FPS no lag , high graphics)
well high end androids are better then most androids so nothing special being better then mid range phones :P can't argue the processor/optimization tho, at the high end tho it's pretty much pick what you want as they all have pros and cons
Joe Richard honestly I love it on my 8 plus. It has saved me in some cases. I forgot to charge my phone one night and in like 30 minutes I was at 75%.(had 20%) I use my 12 watt iPad charger and it does the job. I highly recommend this over the 7 imo. Wireless charging is a cool feature that I use too.
The Baconator0524 mine stay 95% after 1 year use, i use wireless charging with my powerbank (sometimes daily) that supports WC, its hot but hey, you dont need to carry any cable. Most of the time at home I charge using a cable ofc cuz its faster.
Trust me for the price difference what you get in processor, camera, speakers, are all updates throw in fast charging and I don’t think the iPhone 7 can stack up
Yeah, very valid and good arguments, but the glass back is a big deal for me because I don’t like to use cases. And I don’t want to end up with a cracked back or pay hundreds for a new one...
the iphone Xr is so big. especially for people that like a smaller sized phone. for example. i’m thinking upgrading my dads iphone 7 to the 8 simply because it will be the fastest iphone 4.7 size ever and want him to be future proof for the longest time

I own an iPhone 8 rn and watching videos is actually not bad to be honest
Have had a few occasions where it glitches, whether selecting things on screen.
Size of fine. But it will feel slower in the years to come.
But won’t upgrade until apple makes something worthwhile personal preference or not.
I feel like when the iphone x was put kn shelves it made people forget that when you pay less you wont have the same feel. I just think that if the iphone x wasnt brought out at the same time then people would have been super happy with the ip8
As someone with teeny tiny hands, this phone is way better then a phablet for me. It has a beautiful, premium design with the glass back, it runs fantastic and has a great camera, even with only one lens. The 8+ was way too big, and I couldn’t justify spend over €1000 on an X
I use my iPhone 8 for about a year (upgraded from SE). Never charged with the wireless charger 😄 That means that technology goes ahead of our real needs (or I’m an outdated man). The iPhone 8 runs great on iOS 12, and I think I will be using this phone for a couple of years more.

I think the iPhone 8 is still worth it. It’s very nice. I have it now. My 7 had some video issues so I ended up returning it and got the 8 instead. It’s one apple’s best selling iPhones. Saw someone at Apple getting the same iPhone I was getting as well.
Always enjoy your vids. I miss my iphone 6s Plus. Was a powerhouse. I would get the 8 plus if i was on the market for a new phone. I dont like the iphones without the home button.

Pretty thing about 8 it doesn’t switch it self in freezing snow the battery is good and the glass back is super amazing...just like to sit down watching it the whole day lol

iPhone 8 better then more android devices , his have a waterproof IP67 (I tested 👌).Stereo dynamics is sound good.And very optimized processor (PUBG 60 FPS no lag , high graphics)
well high end androids are better then most androids so nothing special being better then mid range phones :P can't argue the processor/optimization tho, at the high end tho it's pretty much pick what you want as they all have pros and cons

Joe Richard honestly I love it on my 8 plus. It has saved me in some cases. I forgot to charge my phone one night and in like 30 minutes I was at 75%.(had 20%) I use my 12 watt iPad charger and it does the job. I highly recommend this over the 7 imo. Wireless charging is a cool feature that I use too.

Go with the 8 it has the A11 Bionic chip which is way faster than the A10 in iPhone 7
The Baconator0524 mine stay 95% after 1 year use, i use wireless charging with my powerbank (sometimes daily) that supports WC, its hot but hey, you dont need to carry any cable. Most of the time at home I charge using a cable ofc cuz its faster.
Trust me for the price difference what you get in processor, camera, speakers, are all updates throw in fast charging and I don’t think the iPhone 7 can stack up
Yeah, very valid and good arguments, but the glass back is a big deal for me because I don’t like to use cases. And I don’t want to end up with a cracked back or pay hundreds for a new one...
This and the pixel 3 are the best compact minimalist phone.
the iphone Xr is so big. especially for people that like a smaller sized phone. for example. i’m thinking upgrading my dads iphone 7 to the 8 simply because it will be the fastest iphone 4.7 size ever and want him to be future proof for the longest time
