👍😃
Thank you
You're welcome 😃😃😃
in the marinate add rasped onion, a little bit of lemon when you use ketjap manis a tsp. of dark brown sugar and fresh ginger, or ginger powder. This will make it more indonesian.
Thanks for the tip 😀😀😀
@@BusyDaddyCooks We lived in Suriname. The People from Java( not Bali) brought their chicken sate to Suriname, and they taught me how to make the marinate. I use the ginger more in the dipping sauce. Which is Ketjap Manis, Sambal Oelek, ginger, lemon, a little bit of water and garlic( fresh ) and a pinch of gulah Djawa ( which is similar to very dark brown sugar) . Garlic is a must!
That sounds really good. I should try that soon. Thanks for the recipe 😊😊😊
Nice!! Good morning.😋😋

Hi
Do u need to wet d sticks before frying or grilling in d oven?
You do not need to soak the sticks in water if you are frying them. But you have to soak them if you are grilling the satay. 😀
Good daddy! Looks good
