- I decided to strip the back seats out of the Clio 182 track car project to save on weight. I couldn't believe how much weight I saved!

That isofix bar does nowt, I'd sling it, one of the heavier parts in there. In mine I pulled rear door cars and speakers out too. Running just front speakers does the job well enough. enjoying the content 👍
I might get a rear strut brace instead to be fair. Definitely need to look at more weight to pull out
Agree I’d bin the isofix bar in the boot it does nothing other than support isofix kids seats. Rear strut braces are a waste of time in clio. Unless you want one for looks ‘cos race car’

Just done this on mine... Same issue with the torx bolt in the centre. Get the grinder out 😂👍
Having stripped mine it blew me away how much the carpets weighed 😂

Smithy get it all stripped out, remove the brace and get a custom K brace made from BAF motorsport
Been told a few times that a K brace doesn’t do much. I’ll probs go for half cage
So when you throwing a turbo on it then?
