I believe he thought the treatment given was insufficient/unclear or otherwise not of the desired quality. If I recall, he had said he will replace them with new videos about the Voynich manuscript and the work being done in that direction.

Also when I was watching I thought this video would have hundreds of thousands of views because of such high quality, not less than 300. So I hope this video blows up soon.
I think in the mayan script why they have weird looking stuff on their heads was probably depicting the other side of the icon like the with fish it looks like weird hat but it maybe a fin
