is it just me or do people who have really pale, golden, or dark skin look good with literally any color? especially people with really dark skin, they look stunning. especially in bright colors
My personal tips: • Don’t wear something you’ve sweated in before or already wore many many times. • Feel good about yourself, cause they say when you don’t feel good about yourself it causes bad odor when you sweat. • Wash whenever you change, even if it’s not a full shower. • Don’t wear perfume or deodorant on top of body odor (it’ll make it worse). Hope this helps!
I bought a product called Tussy roll on deodorant from Amazon and I stay fresh and dry even in the hottest weather. I’ve used the original and Powder Fresh and it even lasts for several days if I can’t get to a shower. I have sensitive skin and never break out and have used it for years. ⭐️
As a totally blind hijabi, this is so incredibly helpful. People always said I had an olive complexion, but I had no idea what that was or what to wear that would look good. Now, I know. Thank you again. I am totally subbing. :)

I feel like my undertone might be changing from day to day, because there are days where I feel like a color looks good and other where I feel like the same color doesn’t work for me 😂 Is it normal or is it only me?

my right hand: green.. left hand: green and purple i always get confused whether i was warm or neutral tone, but i just go with my scarf color.. black hijab makes my skin glow white hijab makes me look so purplish pastel blue and purple makes me look tan dark colors make me look sick like im dying that’s why i only go with pinks, light pinks, peach, cream, beige, brown and maroon.. it all makes my skin glowy 😍

This is a helpful start. What is also helpful is to buy a cooy of Color Me Beautiful. I bought one many decades ago, and have followed it with great success. Not only will you wear the colors that are most flattering to you, but also, your clothes will match. You can then invest in a high quality wardrobe without having a closet full of disparate pieces that don't go with anything successfully.

I already knew about undertones and colour theory but this really helped a lot! Thank you! I'd say I'm neutral but I'm definitely more cool. As soon as you showed the colours to avoid for cool tones such as the yellows and oranges that confirmed it for me. They bring out the red undertones in my face and look awful, but I can get away with a neutral or pastel yellow/orange and the deeper hues like rust and burnt orange. Love the hijabs you used as the examples. I want them ALLLLLLL! 😂
I'm neutral but I'm closer to cool tone. I'm happy I found it out but wow, it took me like almost 3 hours just looking at my veins and looking at my mom's jewelry just to know my skin tone

My veins are a mess. Some are blue, other greens-ish and some i can’t even tell. But I’m definitely cool. Because the colors you’ve mentioned fit me so well. I also have most of the colors you’ve mentioned. I just realize i go for those colors when i’m going ‘out’ or have something special to do.

this information is soo real, honestly everything makes sense to me now! i have a warm undertone, so black does not suit me AT ALL and i could never understand why :( and its so sad because black literally goes with everything , so its my daily struggle trying to find another colour to replace a black hijab...

I have a neutral to warm skin tone and black hijabs look amazing on me. Love your tips but I've noticed black hijabs look better on warm, not cooler skin tones. It ends up looking too harsh on cooler skin. Please continue to do more makeup and hijab tips, I really love watching them!
@@thalblankson4002 Feyza Akinci mentioned something below about wearing a black hijab. If you have fair/cool skin with dark features it'll look great on you but if you have fair/cool skin with lighter brown features a black scarf will wash you out. You're features are extremely important to keep in mind along with your skin tone. At the end of the day if you like a color on you don't stop wearing it, just rock it. Fashion is all about confidence!

I have a neutral to warm skin tone and black hijabs look amazing on me. Love your tips but I've noticed black hijabs look better on warm, not cooler skin tones. It ends up looking too harsh on cooler skin. Please continue to do more makeup and hijab tips, I really love watching them!

@@thalblankson4002 Feyza Akinci mentioned something below about wearing a black hijab. If you have fair/cool skin with dark features it'll look great on you but if you have fair/cool skin with lighter brown features a black scarf will wash you out. You're features are extremely important to keep in mind along with your skin tone. At the end of the day if you like a color on you don't stop wearing it, just rock it. Fashion is all about confidence!
