You should make one that shows subs instead of growth.
Well that wouldn't look very dynamic since you'll only see the circles grow and rarely see other channels topping each other. Maybe if UA-cam has been around for a century will we have enough data to see something.

You can actually see youtube's user base growing over time from the start of the video to the end. At the beginning, you see average gains of about 50k tops, and near the end you see gains around 200k.
Keep in mind this doesn't cover more recent growth. I'd like to see the different youtube trends analysed over time.
