Social distancing while I’m watching your video and my kids are running around lol!! Thanks for this video, I workout a lot and once a week hair care didn’t work out. Since I started doing Co washing my hair and my hair love it, not to mentioned my hair is very dry.
Love this video. I have never heard of co-washing and it seems interesting. I have such a dilemma and I am so ready to shave my hair when quarantine is over. Before this I was in the process of trying to grow my air after it just being damaged. I had to take a short tapered cut and create a routine to grow my hair back. I would go every week get wah and deep condition. Now with this quarantine I am confident and fearful that my hair is for sure more damaged. I have washed it and deep condition but when I come through with conditioner after washing. I feel like more hair comes out. (Freak me out major) My new growth is a nice bit but fearful I may damage it. I am most concerned that hair is not as strong and hence the reason my combs out unto the comb so easily. My last relaxer was 1.31.2020 and I do feel my hair is dry and it just looks crappy all around. What do you suggest for me. Or what cowash should I use. I feel like when I shampoo it just get knotted up then I add conditioner and its hard to comb out and I loose so many strands of hair. HELP ME
I'm sorry to hear you're having so many issues with your hair. Would it be possible for you to do a video call with the person who does your relaxers to get their thoughts and advice?
I happen to be experiencing the same as you are too but along the way I find out am doing somethings totally wrong so here is what I research as solutions. Firstly hair should be trimmed, do protective style, relax hair twice in a year, co- wash every week if you not on any protective style and if you are do a protein treatment then make sure you moisture your hair daily and also wear a satin cap to keep the moisture in your hair. For more tips search for Seun hope this helped
