Yes brother, you can run it..but the fps maybe around 30-40 ..If your RAM is removable, you can buy 16gb RAM single stick to run the game smoothly 60 fps above😃

Graphics quality doesn't matter to me right now.
When I launch the execution, the window opens and my fps counters vary in 40 and 30 then after it closes alone

why would it matter,.. maybe you can get a frame or two above 8gig system,.. but that is not a bottleneck,.. since game runs even on 10yold PS4
vram(Gpu ram)matters in terms of texture size and quality ,. and that is about it. Basically if you have 12 and 24 gig gpu,.. you can set textures a bit higher,..and that is it.

@@pourrir5295 nah that stutter (in chapter 5) in universal to all systems, it's a badly optimized section of the game with cpu/ram bottleneck. 16gb would suffice comfortably for re4r or most tripe A-next gen titles .

More than enough it's only a 4-5 fps difference between 8gb Ram and 16 but it fixes the all stutter like constant drop in fps i have a GTX 1650 with 8 GB Ram my game stutters a lot but runs at 60+ fps
