    In stock form, the Boss 302 is a tiny bit faster in a straight line and can still hold it's own in autocross. Not only that, the engine is much stronger than the Voodoo. I like the GT350 but let's give some massive credit to how great that Boss 302 is.

      The voodoo is just a tad big for a flat plane crank, I believe the voodoo in the gt500 is crossplane and doesn't have the vibration issue.

    Jamie, can you give us a parts list Sir on your Boss 302 to include your wheel/tire size combo. Also, very interested to know how much horse and torque the car is running. Thank you both for these videos, very cool!!

      Lol times have changed. Back in the day prolle didn't give out that info. You know, track secrets. Glad times improved, because then everyone's times improve

    The only true way to see which car is actually faster would be to have both of drive both cars. Otherwise it could just be chalked up as to which driver wins, but the car.

    I have a 2012 Kona blue boss 302. mines been tweaked a little, it's around 475 to 500hp. a wicked car! for a factory car. pretty amazing.

    I think a better comparison of the two cars would be same driver times and specifically professional that would be something to see but see. Love the Boss thou!

    The last true retro muscle car vs America's first ferrari
    sports car. So cool to see them. Both are some of finest Art America has made in the last 30 years. Boss is King though 😎

    12/13 Boss 302 all day long !
    Straight axle=stronger
    Forged internals=Stronger
    Better car overall.

    Gotta love the boss, I get the gt350 is the better car but not by much with the right set up on a boss. Plus all I see is gt350s everywhere. I might run Into another boss 2 times a yr. And with some first gen vodooo's experiencing some oil consumption issues and other things, the boss looks to be the better buy to me. But I'm probably a little bias

      I'd rather have a boss for the money but I love both. I'd get a 19-20 gen 2 voodoo if I did get a gt350 which are far more expensive than a boss.

      @@midnight347 100 agree, I put a suspension package on my 2012 boss and it has more capabilities then I'm willing to push. Just want a full exhaust and tune and im done with it. Car is amazing

      I’m biased too, wouldn’t mind having the GT350 but to me the Boss is aging very well. It’s likely the poor man’s top Mustang of this generation.
      I’ve only seen 1 other boss while I’ve had mine out. Came up over a hill, and passed an original boss … kn a Wednesday of all
      Days … we damn near 💩 our pants looking at each other. The Stars aligned that day. Other than that … over 3 years…
      Nothing. Only seen maybe 3 other Boss’s on the road. I’m in a populated area as well. Enjoy yours, they are a blast

      @@themiddleclasstaxslave651 a first gen sitting next to my second gen would be a dream. Thr only issue I wish ford did with the car from the factory is the brakes. I wouldve gladly paid a few thousand more for some better brakes. But that can be improved from the aftermarket if need be. I haven't had any issues with the mt82 and thats drag racing and doing road course work and a few autocross. Friend of mine has a 12 gt500 and where dead even till about 80mph but then he start pulling. That being said, that motor over powers that chassis to the put its not even fun driving at any type of limit. Where the boss just feels so moluch more balanced

    Interesting comparison. Mostly driver differences. Boss low end grunt helps on the tighter course, Voodoo top end showing its stuff on the faster course. At Road Atlanta? GT350 would stretch through the esses and say: "so long" out of turn 7, what it's really made for.

    The only way to see which car is faster is to have you both drive both cars.
    Now to see which driver is faster both of you drive the same car then compare.
    Question for you guys…we’re there any Foxes running Cam T that day?

      @@ElfCrotchPuncher I’ve let a few who I trust drive my car. I’m not worried they’ll break or crash it. And if they’re faster than me I can learn from it. Heck every time my son drives it these days he is faster…….

    hawk ceramic are not ideal for sure. all ceramics in general don't have that initial BITE...

      Agreed! For a smaller course like this, you can get away with the PC pads. But on a larger, faster course, you’re going to want something more aggressive. -Chris

    Why not test the new mach1 with handling package va the gt350? The boss 302 is not even in the same league as these s550s if it's stock. It's just not on the same level of engineering

    The Boss 302 has an ugly wing. It needs to be re-done or taken off. Very nice cars besides the weird wing on the Boss.
