- So the time has finally come and Venture Bros. Radiant is the Blood of the Baboon Heart is out Now. I was already confident that the movie would be good going into it, but boy did it not disappoint!! I can't even begin to explain how much I enjoyed this film and if it is the end to the venture bros it was truly a great one! All the questions we wanted got answered and then some!! Kudos to Doc Hammer & Jackson Publick and thank you for the memories. If you guys have seen it get in the comments and let me know what you thought I'd love to talk about it! The one thing we lost is if there had been a season 8, we would have gotten flashbacks of Debbies father the old Guild leader voiced by Matt Bery

Debbie said she just had to give up something she wasn’t planning on using anyway to get her powers. I guess we are all assuming that was her eggs, and we see that in the post credit scene that doctor venture actually “carried” them in the birthing matrix machine he wore. I wished they’d gotten a whole final season to explore more of the story, but this movie was good.
Yeah no definite confirmation on the Debbie mom thing in classic Venture Bros fashion lolol But hell yeah I’m right there with you!! Im keeping my fingers crossed hoping we still get a season 8 eventually!
hank clearly has debbie's nose and blonde hair. she is clearly the egg donor.
when hank is in Dermott's trailer talking about finding his mom he is unknowingly holding his own birthing pod in his hands.

To be honest, I wouldn't be surprise if Hank and Dean are just custom clones of Doctor Venture. It would fit with the over all story.

I was under the assumption she donated the “parts” necessary to create them? In the scene where she is talking to Dr.girlfriend she states she didn’t have sex with dr venture she just gave him the parts she didn’t need…??
The after credits scene shows they were created which would align with what I said… hey I’m not saying im right I’m just curious to hear what you interpreted?
@@geekweekpodcast I think it's plausible that some of her bits were used, I'm just not sure if that counts as being a biological mother. Though I don't think it was considered when coming up with a definition

It was left open, but I took her comment of “He took something I didnt need” to be her eggs. Then doc just used them to help make the boys and grew them in that artificial womb of his.

Yes and Debbie’s genes were used to create them in said artificial womb. In the scene where she speaks to dr. Girlfriend she states she would never sleep with rusty she just “gave him the parts she didn’t need.”

I knowwww! Honestly it was probably just too much to work that storyline into the hour and 30 minute runtime. Let’s just hope they can come back for season 8!!

Im starting to think a lot of people may have just missed that line in the movie 🤷♂️ either that or they just didn’t watch the review haha. This review is in chronological order as I experienced the movie so I feel like people are just watching the beginning parts/setups like for example when I say Debbie dated rusty early on in the review that is only because at that point in the film that is what we are led to believe. They are not watching through to the end when I answer all of the plot-lines opened in this film. When I wrote this I thought most people’s attention would be on the scare bear absence not the cut and dry Debbie thing I mean I didn’t see it as a “deep cut” myself either but who knows haha

This was made for the fans and it coincides with the the ending of the series. If you are not a fan or familiar with the show you probably won’t get a good portion of the movie 🎥
I feel like I got a bit of false chekov gun syndrome from this movie... things were put in the plot that should have had carrythrough.
- Brickfrog attacks a super material maker at the start, but it has nothing to do with the venutre building sustaining a trip to space or the helperpod head rollout.
- debbie has tech than an entire guild doesn't have separate from her ability to make her or things invisible. how did that happen and if she's that amazing, why did Arch need to be fake and her just a fan girl and her needing help getting set up as a villain in the peril partnership at the end. kneecapped the compitence of what would have been a great villain.
- debbie had nothing to do with the fact that helperpods levitate and can lift a building into space, that was just coincidence, she just wanted to get her software hack into the venture building to play music and ruin a product launch?
- debbie turns off the heads all at once at sheilas request to safely bring the building down but they are too dumb to know that turning them off all at once sends the building into free fall?
these things could have been more linked and purposeful. the giant climax of building going into space and safely returning as not a meteorite was essentially an accident and no villain's plan.
I honestly totally agree with this! Honestly they need a full season to truly flesh out these in depth story lines I agree 100 % I think they did a hell of a job with the 1hr 30 minutes they were given but your absolutely right with the added characters and plot lines this was certainly deserving of a full season to flesh out
You know because of all the reveals throughout the series, I forgot about half of my fan theories, I over thought on, like one I did suspect on was, The Monarch basically being Rusty's evil twin,

So the helper bots are a dud... as they originally intended for. But the bright side is they can be modified and be sold as anti gravity device. Which I hope solve the company's financial issue.
The movie felt bitter sweet. It was really good but I really wished this was a full season. Like I wanna see what happened to hank and serena. "They can't end this show like that!"
I really wish we can have more Venture bros...
Couldn’t have said it better myself! Doc and Jackson Deserved to finish with a full season so they could tie up everything nicely! I’m still holding out hope someone buys the show and they can continue because I know they would if they could

The movie is definitely a continuation of the series and takes place I think they say a year later after the series finale.

him and malcolm get that pointy jaw line and paler complexion from some female genetics. clearly not direct clones of Jonas. Ginny - jungle medicine woman; might be more than a half sister, but a full sister. (have two kids, you keep one i keep one.)

@@geekweekpodcast interesting that malcolm and rusty are the same age ish. maybe original rusty was born earlier. but end of this movie Benn says the baboon DNA was spliced into "R22". so assuming they'd start at minimum numbering clones at R01... monarch is the 22nd rusty clone. you don't start splicing shit in on number 1 or 2. for flow it feels like jonas alreayd has rusty clones when morpho came to him with infertility issues. "pawned R22 off on that morpho couple". so I think its Mrs Quymn who was with semi closetted Colonel Gentlemen as far as living partners but clearly had romantic affair with Jonas. the way jonas greets her daughter and how they hold hands in the swingers party scene.
That would of course make dr.quymn Rusty’s half sister haha 😂 Which knowing Jackson publick and doc hammers story telling I could totally see that being the case! Also add in the fact that Jonas venture is… Jonas venture hahah yeah I could definitely see that being the case!

I might have miss heard it, but I thought debbie dated Dr. Venture AFTER she dated the monarch?
Im pretty sure it was mentioned that they dated right before he met dr.girlfriend, but Debbie specifically states she NEVER did or would date doctor venture. The monarch just thought they slept together.. they did not
