You've gotta be kidding. The skill levels involved in MMA are top notch. Especially when it comes to ground work and trying to manoeuvre and position themselves and their opponents to try and lock in a submission hold like an arm bar or a triangle.
These guys train like their lives depend on it. Absolute dedication.
