I have the top spec version of the laptop (32GB RAM, RTX 3050). For my needs, it’s outstanding. This is nearly a dream engineering student laptop as it has no trouble running any of the GPU intensive programs I throw at it, comes with a number pad (very nice for my workflow), the touch screen and stylus are incredibly useful for marking up diagrams, models, etc, and it has no problem lasting throughout my classes. Plus it’s much lighter than my old gaming laptop, and unlike the M2 can actually run the programs I need.
I also love the big screen as the additional real estate plus my portable monitor makes writing papers much easier than on smaller devices.
@Marlon Braun NEWSOUL 2022 - Innovation 16'' 2K Monitor. It’s available on Amazon. It’s kind of bulky compared to other portable monitors but it was a 2k, 16:10, 16” monitor which came in under $200USD. I’ve used it for months now and it’s amazing for college

i think other manufacturers need to get on board i see a market for this style on ultra book
I like it. But I'd prefer it to be based on AMDs 6800S for better performance and longer battery life, especially in gaming. The ASUS Z13 is also a contender. Much smaller screen, but that neat eGPU makes up for it.
I'd buy it, yeah. Would be a great programming computer for me. I would buy the MacBook Air if it was 15 inches or bigger, and the LG Gram would be the Windows alternative but underpowered and not upgradable. The only thing I would be concerned about is ram and storage upgradability. If it's not upgradable, I'd probably go with the Flow X16 instead even though it doesn't have a full keyboard like I would have liked.
Seems like a unique beast i am suptised dell and apple dont have this type ultrabook yet.
I hope lg sends you their gram16 laptop and 2 in one.
Performance will not. Be that good just adequate but still okay with apple like battery life.
Sweet!!!! Basically I do not like those touch ultrabooks, BUT this one looks promising. Something about the hinges not supporting correctly the "screen". And the tablet mode, come on, it is not something good as a tablet, it's too tick, I mean, if you need something to draw on, there is nothing better than an ipad with the apple pen.
