Both are the smallest Android phones in the market, with decent specs, from reputable brands, and both are still TOO..DAMN..BIG.

I use a modded XZ2, sadly I couldn't find the compact, but the specs are the same, and tbh I see no issue with it. Speaking of the specs, the only thing I have a gripe is with the battery but other than that... solid phone still today.
Knowing what Unihertz's track record is like with OS updates, I'm probably gonna hold off on getting one of these until I can get LineageOS for it. I'll give it this though, that IR blaster looks pretty neat and that screen size is something I've sorely been missing.

This looks like what i've been dying for. i hate the phablet market these days. i have small hands and i am just an overall small person. as such, i also have small pockets and i have been hard pressed to find an up to date smartphone that is at max the size of the iphone 12/13 mini. this looks perfect! wish i saw it early enough to hit the kickstarter, but it looks like it's supposed to be released on the market in the next few months. i didn't find any water specs for it tho... i'm a snowboard/ski instructor and it WILL come into contact with water. do they sell cases maybe? guess we'll see.
it's infuriating that such thick phones apparently require a screen protector instead of, oh i don't know, *being designed not to expose a fragile glass piece to bangs and scratches*

I have an Oppo Find N2 folding phone, which is interesting because when folded up it seems to have VERY similar dimensions to this device
about the purple tint, check if you dont have any kind of cover right on the camera lens
For comparison, the performance is on par with something like an s20 ultra from 4 years ago...
They could of made the back camera more nice but other then that all it really needs is a better camera maybe better speakers and that’s about it
