My phone won’t stay connected to the Bluetooth. I can connect it but when I turn the truck off and back on it will not stay connected. Will this work for me?
Could be a blown fuse or maybe something might have rattled loose behind the actual radio itself. I haven't experienced this issue myself but based off of common denominators it could be a blown fuse.
I lose most menu functionality. Pulling the fuse is the only way I can reset the radio to where it will work halfway decent. I have just ordered a new stereo and I am kicking sync to the curb because Ford refuses to address it.
Dude... thank you for this. Just picked up a 2011 and Blue tooth conects but no audio. Great video.

Did you upgrade your sync with a USB drive? I haven’t had many issues if anything for me 2011 F-150 since upgrading the software.
No I did not. How do you do that?
Thank you man
Hopefully this works will let you know how it goes!
Same for a 2012 Right ?
Yeah should work for 2009-2013 I believe. Sync 2 was introduced in 2014 to my knowledge.

More than likely yes. Sometimes the sync system just needs a good reboot.

You don’t need to pull the fuse on those. You can just reboot it on the system settings
