Really nice. First one ive seen that doesnt seem to have an acodrain along the house?
Amazing job mate I’m a landscaper also 1 Of the best porcelain patios iv ever seen
Thankyou very much 🙌
Great job, what ratio of cement to sand did you use on your work, 5 sand to 1 cement or am I wrong.
4 to 1 on this job and if using a permable jointing compound 6 to 1. Thankyou
Great video! Is it best to leave a gap between the house and the patio?
Thanks, theres various reasons for this, one is just cosmetic and another can be due to breaching the damp course of the brickwork
@@pro-patiolandscapes4350 Thanks! If you are below the DPC do you need to leave a gap or do you grout/cement straight touching the brickwork?
@@nicksmith230 if your 150mm below dpc go ahead and point if the paving is falling away and no surface water is sitting against the brickwork
@@pro-patiolandscapes4350 Thanks! Appreciate it!

I am an experienced builder. Can I work with you?

How much fall did you give it from the house to the garden
Just over the line on the bubble of your level which works out around 1 in 80 fall
@@pro-patiolandscapes4350 every 80cm u drop 10cm is that right
Yeah so basically 1 metre is 12mm of fall which is around the line on a level
@@pro-patiolandscapes4350 ok thanks

What porcelain slabs are these, where can i get these ?
A place called cheshire sandstone, the tiles are overland. 👍
Nice.. tight to the building though?
50mm off for gravel. I like to always keep it off even if its 150mm below damp. 😁
smart
Thankyou
