  • This is the power of letting go and getting out of your head to gain tremendous confidence. How you feel in the inside will project your outer vibe.
    So by letting go of what people think of you, you get out of your own way
    You shut off your insecurity by taking action,
    You take so much action, it stops the thinking mind,

    Whenever I'm in my head or feeling akwkard I always remind myself that I'm only 1 - 10 social exercises away from being in the zone. Yell in public, say hi to 5 random people, do push-ups in a park full of people, etc. Those things will instantly put you in a better, higher state, that way you know what it feels like to be "liberated" socially and you can eventually put yourself there permanently

    • @GooberStudios
      @GooberStudios  3 роки тому +13

      yup! anything to get you out of your head and into a "collaborative frame" will immediately shift your state to almost a psychedelia level. Crazy to see how the weight of modern society conditioning is so strong that it literally blocks you from feeling good without reason.

    one thing you can notice is that while the guy is very repressed and clearly has been for years, there is something under there that didn't just appear out of nowhere, u can see it takes sometime for him to get it out but it's already there, the way he starts shouting and running. This is cause most people were not repressed as kids and knew how to have fun and be expressive but they lose it over time

    What the fuck is this? This has nothing to do with confidence. This is teaching people to be so weird it’s cringe af to see it. People have to discover on their own who they are and be comfortable in their own skin while becoming the best version of themselves. You don’t need to “lead the crowd” be a loud goofy character if that’s not you. Doing so just screams insecurity of your reserved and quiet nature. True confidence is not caring about what the guy with the beard is telling you to do, because it’s completely irrelevant for your life.
    So strange to see everything in the audience acting like a miracle happened because the guy ran around and did a cartwheel. Ironically he became a people pleaser and just gave the crowd what they wanted
