I sleep on my belly but I wake with stiff neck and tensed out shoulder muscles because I use my arms as pillow for my jaw.
@@roxrequiem2935 try sleeping without a pillow for your head, instead, place it under your knees to alleviate tension and relax your legs. Then rest your lower back as it should be flat along your spine and bed. That protrusion on the back of our heads is meant to sustain it while we sleep.

@@amyhenrick9424 yeah it did but I stopped using this method since I switched to sleeping in a hammock as of late. My back did get more messed up so I might go back to bed and test this again.
But again, it did work. Wonders. Had a comfortable sleep but first few nights can be a drag to adjust. The trick is, I found out, to rest feet and legs straight on the pillow, let them turn to the side naturally and adjust the lower body to be almost "sitting" on the side your ass is resting on the pillow.
Will do it again tonight and make some adjustments so I can explain it better. Maybe @Milk192 can help with tips

am i the only one horribly disappointed in fortnite? now make no mistake, i have no problem with the crossovers for days, but take that away, and all we have is the original battle royal game. the zombie mode was what it was intended to be, building and all. i will not say that it's become bad, because it hasn't; but what we have now is fortnite in name alone, and at this point? i think it might be a good idea to release Save the World as an independent game.
