Cardio hack: Go on the treadmill. Place your phone in front of you on the dash of the treadmill. Begin walking maybe with a slight incline. Begin a movie, series or a youtube video. Anything to keep you entertained. Now just continue walking (or running if you are into that)

easiest way to get a slim waist without great genes (from my experience, not professional advice): don’t skip leg day as bigger legs and hips when combined with shoulders create the illusion of a small waist, train your transverse abdominal muscle, make sure to avoid any food that creates bloating or an upset stomach + try to get a nice amount of probiotics

This is my goal. I also think that proportions in general are very important. You can have huge arms but if they eclipse your shoulders or chest I think it ruins the aesthetic. When every muscle is well balanced in relation to each other, it helps create that symmetrical greek god look.

I agree with the waist thing but I'll add doing stomachs vacuums everyday can take a few cm off your waist by tightening the transverse abdominous. I thought my waist was wide but I started doing them and now it looks pretty good. (then again my pelvis is only 86cm around and I'm 6' 2" so idk lol)

For the people interested in training neck. It is very important to split your neck training up into different days. Training your entire neck on one day will cause a weird kind of soreness that makes you feel like you're sick. I hit neck 3 days a week on both leg days and arm day (upper, lower, arms, upper, lower). Neck has made one of the biggest impacts on my physique along with traps. Currently 19 inches pumped.

Man, after I exchanged going to the gym by car and then running 15-20 min total on the threadmill for walking fast to the gym and just starting the workout as soon as I got there, I've saved at least 30 minutes on each workout and I also don't get as sore or as tired on leg day, despite picking up a lot more weight.
I know it's not feasible for everyone, but, if you can, do your cardio on your way to the gym.

I have started 2 months ago with a diferent aproach to what I used to do. I´m doing fullbody, 1 excercise for bodypart, 5 times a week. It´s the only way I found that I could be consistent. When I did splits before I sed to skipp a day here and there, or get bored or tired at the gym. What do you think? Could I gain a good physic by doing this method? Or will I need to change it at some point? (Caveat, I have been training for a couple of years now, on and off, but never actually managed to stay consistent before for more than 3 or 4 months.

Pro tip of how to impliment cardio into training without actually "training" it. Add cycling to the destinations you NEED to go to. Work, groceries, visiting a freind or a family etc.
The 150min of cardio per week will be collected in no time guaranteed. In fact you will most probably enjoy the "challange" and use your bike more often.
I personally cycle to my work place. I thought it will be horible because of being drenched in sweat on arrival. But it turned out that I only need 10 min to "cool down", wipe the excess sweat of the body, apply deodorant and use the fresh clothes to change into. One side bag on the bike is enough to carry everything you need. After work I go to the gym and then cycle back home which works perfect as post-workout-cardio training.
My work is just 7,5km away so that means I cycle around 15km on every work day. I need around 20min one way so about 40min to get back home. I always try to push myself to achieve something new on my trip. E.g. break the maximum speed I ever had or climb the a part of steep climb faster than before or just break the record time i had going back home. It's definitely worth a try!
