For Bench policy, from 2019 when u are on bench for just month. Capgemini can fire you .... Only one month bench period is available ....For person more than 3 years of experience.

They opened training center in Kolkata this year for cis & salary isn't 3.8 for everyone ... Very lesser amount is also paid in different fields to Freshers .. but the training quality is very good ...they always put into full pressure in training period
it is wrong that you don't have sick days. I work in CapGemini. You do have 10 days sick days and 5 days family sick day if you need to take care of a relative.

Guy's if you from accounting or finance background then don't waste your time by joining Capgemini.... I have done that mistake and i have seen lot of people joined and left.. for freshers especially in Bangalore branch there will be an agreement you cant quit job before 2 years... Lot of guys absconding from Capgemini because of it if you want to leave then you have to pay around 1-2 lakhs of fine (based on months you worked) so as a fresher don't join Capgemini for finance and accounts related process..

i clear all the rounds and other processes of capgemini at last i get job and am unable to join because of location issue for that i personally mail them to relocate me by describing appropriate issue and also call them they do not give any reply because of this date of joining is gone . I would like to inform you that if you are going to join this company you should be flexible to work at any given location.

@@saritadas8543 Bench in MNC means the time you are not in any project...in short you are getting salary just for sitting on bench without having any work to do... When you are assigned to a project then you become billable. From the. You need to maintain strict 9 hour work time... No need on bench you can maintain 5 or 6, hour and punch in go home take rest again come in the evening punch out and go home...do the same every day untill you get to a project.

Madam , my interview went for 2 hrs. Evening the HR called me personally and told U have been selected and dont reveal it to anyone.. Next day morning around 9 am the HR personally called me told not to join any company and my Sal will be 20% extra than the company norms for freshers....Trusting them I dropped my Infosys Nd TCS opportunities...Moreover I was the only candidate who qualified GATE . But as Capgemini was offering me job in my core subject I even dropped my PG from IIT Ropar.....My selection was done in Sept 2018.Now its end Sept 2019. Still I have not recd my appointment letter....This is how trusting Capgemini I have put my carrier in doldrums...

@@CareerSwami Based on my experience : There are BUs - Apps1 for US business. Apps2 - Europe, LBS - Local business plus EMEA. Third one is worst. If you don't get project in anyone then one assessment will happend and finally you know. Luckily I got an offer and changed . This is based on my experience.

I have selected from capgemini in August 2017 in my college campus interview They are giving us the package of 2.1 lac PA I'm from kolkata And the work location is out of kolkata....I'm still a little bit confused if the package is only for the training period or not
Fucking process 1. Based upon job role they will collect resumes and shortlist candidates for interview A face to face interview will be held if your selected they will ask you to wait for the technical round. 2. Here face to face technical test will run to you. Here the actual fucking thing happen, They will say HR will contact you either by mail or phone. There will be no connection to contact them once existing from the campus. No contact number nor mail I'd will be shared to you. There will be no intimation whether you're selected or not. Everyweekend they will conduct interviews for the same job again and again Fairly this happened to me I went again after a couple of days to know whether any information regarding my selection you cannot enter into campus without any appointment. 2 nd thing is on the same day there was a walk-in for the same job where 100-120 members ready to give interview at the time of registration itself HR called the security team and said send all the people back as they got to many people to interview If someone says it's good it is upto you this is what actual is......

LBS - Local business plus EMEA.
Third one is worst. If you don't get project in anyone then one assessment will happend and finally you know.

Fucking process
1. Based upon job role they will collect resumes and shortlist candidates for interview A face to face interview will be held if your selected they will ask you to wait for the technical round.
2. Here face to face technical test will run to you.
Here the actual fucking thing happen, They will say HR will contact you either by mail or phone. There will be no connection to contact them once existing from the campus. No contact number nor mail I'd will be shared to you.
There will be no intimation whether you're selected or not.
Everyweekend they will conduct interviews for the same job again and again
Fairly this happened to me I went again after a couple of days to know whether any information regarding my selection you cannot enter into campus without any appointment. 2 nd thing is on the same day there was a walk-in for the same job where 100-120 members ready to give interview at the time of registration itself HR called the security team and said send all the people back as they got to many people to interview
