Not sure but I think some people have been allocated this. But we don't have a choice in it.

@@RohitBeniwal777 no, adapt is not considered as a proper training. That's just a program before joining so consequently that's unpaid. Just some courses you have to take

Hey Archit ! so everything that I have mentioned in this video is before your joining. These are just simple courses and quiz so they don't have a stipend.

As per my exp, you shd receive the loi by dec/jan and the adapt prog shd start by feb/march

Hi,Gunai I joined Capgemini in Dec 15 in my offer letter my work location is Hyderabad but in Microsoft teams why its showing banglore location.Then my work location is Hyderabad or Bangalore....
Are they pay salary during the adaptive training?
when I went through adapt last year it was a pre onboarding training so ultimately was unpaid. Anything that happens before you sign the offer letter is obviously unpaid, not sure if things have changed for your batch though

depends on the business requirements. Technologies are not specified for beginner roles before joining as far as I know

I am a fresher am still in 4-2 sem which was started this week so while submitting letter of intent documents i dont have the final document of graduation so i submitted till 3-1 memos which has 3 backlog in which i passed two subjects (i dont have proof to show )and i have currently 1 backlog but as the company already mentioned that candidate should not have any backlog will i be taken or rejected CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP IF YOU KNOW.
After getting joining confirmation mail and documents verification mail today I got an email titled "You have been entered into the recruiting candidate database" What does it signify.... Please inform kro.
Also after 5 mins I got another mail titled HR Round that says :

I got LOI on 9th feb from Capgemini through off campus and accepted LOI on 12th, on superset it shows accepted, now when will i get my offer letter? When will i get login credentials for adapt?
