After so many years, I still think this ending was beautiful, meaningful, and worthy of one of the best game series of that generation, and my favorite. I will never forget this trilogy, and all the happy moments I had playing it.
Same, it had an impact on me when I was young so this is one for the record books 😁👌

really great how the prince’s character is explored in this game and how it ties the trilogy together.

Glad I am not the only one who thought how the dark prince is a beautiful craft of Carl Jungs concept, it was so meaningful
@@Light-tr6ky It is not the most thoroughly studied depiction of Shadow in fiction, but still shows its basic nature as something hidden, unseen and most likely denied aspect of personality. It appears "evil" in heroic Prince, but is actually just as "evil" as person whose Shadow it is. The unknown potential of persona.

Everyone needs this game back
We need to resurrect Prince of Persia. Assassin’s Creed has started to lose its own identity with Odyssey and Valhalla, maybe bringing PoP back would be a breath of fresh air. Maybe make it semi open world like God of War but with an emphasis on parkour of course.

In my opinion, we have had enough open world games. Keeping Prince of Persia the way it is will be a refreshing change of pace.

This very much reminds me of Star Wars: Jedi Knight. Sound effects, stage and all.
I remember that I have bunked my tution class in elementary school to complete this game . Those were the golden days.

The resistance trilogy felt rushed they didn’t do it justice like I thought in part 3

It would've been really cool if they took a more psychological angle with this character. Maybe shown better progression of how the Prince started to become corrupt, I've honestly been thinking of making a comic with this character....or at least one similar because it really is a cool idea.

But he didn’t become more corrupt, he became humble thanks to Farah.
In my opinion Ubisoft killed franchaise with Two Thrones and it was concious solution. Remember Warrior Within. It was really long deep and interesting, and the Two Thrones is just linear and shorter more than Sands of Time. I guess Ubi took a big part of original Kindred Blades (the original Prince of Persia 3 game which was canceled) to further Assassin's creed game.
He did start to get corrupted. He started to take pleasure in killing, became rash and aggressive, sought violence instead of helping his people. It was only after Farah gave him that speech that he decided to change. When hew saw his dead father, the prince was finally able to detach himself from the dark prince because he accepted his own mistakes and became a greater man

I love the returns to levels from the old games. I just Farah's voice actor was the same as the original, she suited the role better.

Your victory is basically guarranteed after you defeat the vizier.
He's more like a wierd combination between a cutseen and gameplay.
A nice way to end the series.
To leave the players with a good taste in their mouths.

no recuerdo que que hubieran mencionado eso en el juego, ya que despues de la trilogia todo se fue a la ya sabes que.....
aunque se supone que el principe negro es el mismo principe de persia, solo es la voz el que lo guia del asi decir la oscuridad, este juego estubo de WEBOS, por que segun el principe oscuro, si lo ayudo a unas partes del juego y al final simplemente lo ignoras cuando en unas partes tubo razon..... eso es muy profundo.

no forgotten sands is not its sequel, its in different dimension since in forgotten sands prince was sent by his father, but his father is dead in two thrones

What is Dark Prince ? Where did he came from ? Why did he attacked Prince's Kingdom ? nd most important, Why he helped Prince in tough situations ?
He is Prince's Shadow. The unknown potential of his persona which can become physical, real force because of Sand's influence. He is nothing Prince already isn't capable of being, but refuses to admit. Dark Prince never attacked Prince's kingdom as it was always within Prince himself.
I recommend checking out what C.G. Jung wrote about Shadow. Dark Prince is "I didn't know I could do that" and "I don't know why I did that" made into amplified and distilled character.
