I'm really a fan of the 5 minutes of "dino-time" at the end. Good addition. Watching the management stuff is fun, but a little extra time with the dinosaurs is always appreciated too.
It's become something of a mini genre on UA-cam, & they're all really enjoyable to watch.

The last few minutes of this video were absolutely amazing, it honestly made me smile. I don’t even own the game but just by watching videos you can see how much the dinosaur behaviour has improved. I’ll tell you what hats off to Frontier they’ve really nailed the dinosaurs, they feel so much more alive compared to JWE.

My only issues with that level are that it’s way too short and that it’s not really an alternate universe story, it’s literally just dealing with what happened immediately after the events of the third film.
To be fair, I can’t really think of an alternate universe story for that movie, considering it’s just a rescue mission that has nothing to do with the fate of the dinosaurs or the facility since people aren’t supposed to be there anymore anyway
I was so disappointed by it. They could have at least given us the JP3 Pteranadons.

@@TheOriginalPoon The alternate story could've involved Masrani Global going to rescue Ben and Eric instead of the Kirbys making a hasty plan to find their son. Maybe a storm could hit Site B and release the Pterosaurs from the aviary and they have to detain them on the island before they can fly away

We do now after the JP 30th anniversary update.
My rexes died, tanking my money and it took me like 45 minutes of grinding to get everything around to make new ones. Got back up to four stars and called it quits for now on this map. Ill come back to 5 star after i finish the other chaps theory maps.
Just happened to me but I couldn't recover. My income went from being positive 95% of the time straight to negative. I tried to go with quantity but no other Dino brought in enough income. Really annoying!
Gotta constantly be Researching and upgrading asap. By the time you hit 4 stars, you should be able to make a Trex.

I'm excited to make my own versions of these in sandbox.
This was easily my favourite Chaos Theory. Has a lovely map and wasn't too easy or too hard unlike the others.
Though bit disappointing Ludlow isn't in it at all, since it seems odd given relaunching Jurassic Park San Deigo was his idea and this is meant to be if his mission to capture the dinosaurs was a success. Sure he was an executive who wouldn't want to get his hands dirty, but as seen in the movie he was out there on the ground commanding this project. Even if they couldn't get his actor back to voice him they could've just got someone else like they did for Hammond and Masrani.
My favorite too the buildup was a lot better than the others and we got to see both doe and buck also there was Ian Malcolm which makes it already better XD
I think its set after the San Diego incident in Jurassic Park 2. So Ludlow is dead at this point I think.
Either that or Im maybe misinterpreting the intro bit saying after the incident and they mean its set after the JP1 incident. In which case Ludlow is on Isla Sorna co-ordinating the capture of dinosaurs to send to the park
@@NimbleJim I assume it meant JP1 by the incident, given in the intro its said Ludlow's mission to capture the dinosaurs succeeded. Given Malcolm seemed to not know much if anything about Site B I presume its meant to be Ludlow's team succeeded because Hammond never sent a team. Hence Ludlow wouldn't be dead since if he had succeeded they'd be no Trex rampage.
Though admittedly the scenario it is a bit vague so I suppose its partially up to interpretation.
Maybe we're Ludlow.

Imagine having to take over operations from 1997-onwards? Really put Ludlow's "vision" to the test with OG Jurassic Park / World as an in-franchise competitor.
That'd be incredible but Universal would probably never let Frontier get that creative
Really cool detail that I accidentally found is that, EVERY dinosaur has different dialogue in the amphitheater. My rexes died and I put in carnos just to keep people going to that enclosure, and the announcer started talking about carnotaurus. And then, I added a problematic ceolophysis to try and get it killed (I despise that you can’t just get rid of dinos in the chaos theory) and he went into the theater and lo and behold the announcer started talking about ceolo! Really awesome, it makes me want to add every single Dino just to hear the info he’ll say about them

I just slapped the compies in with the rexes and that worked. They don't bother each other, and you don't need to waste an enclosure just for the compy.
Buck and Wanda from Bones? Bones and Brennan were Buck and Wanda undercover a lot (Bones is one of my all time favourite shows)

Interesting that you split the first enclosure into two. I just put the compies in with the Pachy and it was all good. It didn't seem inefficient anyway.
I love the big enclosures for the dinosaurs, its much more aesthetically pleasing. I say the bigger the better, keep up the good work!

I know this is pretty stupid, but it would've been cool if they added the Scorpios Rex from camp cretaceous. And it would've been cooler if they made it run to the ranger station's flare as fast as it can as a reference.

Moving the building (to the same spot) helps with the 'no guest issue'
I much preferred this one over the others, it gave me a lot more cleaner layouts for the paddocks and stuff
You do this so much faster than me ...I wasted over half hr just figuring out electric. It took me 3 hrs to get to park expansion and I don't have the 2 mil to research it

Duuuude watching you place the amenities is giving me anxiety haha! When you go to place them, it has a number of potential guests. Use that to help put them in the right place.
Also, you can set the helicopter team to monitor a ranger post. They will cover your rangers and tranc the dinos but only for like 1 min, meaning the rangers arent constantly attacked.
I will say, your exhibit design is 10/10. Esp the water work
Isn't this supposed to just be a scenario where the buck rex didn't get loose? I think the first incident they're referring to is Jurassic Park. The amphitheater was constructed before the completion of Jurassic Park
not only that, they didnt get stopped by the "heroes" to capture all the dinoes
@Ric'Saw why would peta be an issue, this whole what if scenrario is that the 'heroes' are not on sorna, so ludlow could get all the dnosaurs to startup san diego, why would they decide to cancel again if all dinosaurs are captured and on-route already, you just need to prepare the paddocks for the arrival, thats when this 'what if' starts
It's definately after the Lost World. The incident is clearly the Sandiego incident. The disaster on Nublar isn't ever referred to as the "incident" and the Idea that Ludlow isn't involved because he's dead males sense. It also explains why Mlacolm doesn't seem suprosed at this place existing
@@ElysiaWhitemoonOmegathat's not true. Because Malcolm is involved and Ludlow isn't so he's clearly already died. Having access to dinosaurs doesn't mean anything. Because they still could have used Sorna which as far as we know up until a certain point still had wild dinosaurs. It's also a video game and its there to explain why they didn't need a hatchery

Not going to lie, I was truly enjoying watching the Rex playing in the dirt at the end, it put such a smile on my face, it was like a playful kitten, a very large kitten that will eat you if it saw you, but a kitten nonetheless.
How long did it take you to realize that the Compies need to be with the T-rex couple to keep them happy?
Was it before or AFTER they broke out for the 90th time? (Like for me)

I'm still waiting for an update. I wasted 7 hours trying to finish the money quest. It would rise to 30k and then fall back down to 10k and so on and so forth. I could never get over 45k of the 50 and one of my T-rexs died of old age and it all restarted. The game is still in a very unplayable state and I can't believe they pushed out dlc content first. I really wish they would have just kept the shops working like they used to. Dinosaurs were the main focus not a Dino themed people focused Sim city.
One thing I learned on this park is: Research Heavy Fences ASAP, they don't use power and T-Rex can't burst through them as easily.
Somehow i have had 0 issues with dinosaur breakouts in Chaos theory. I think my trikes broke out once in JP. Im part way through Jurassic World now. Hope i didnt just jinx myself
Yes I agree the amenities needs fixed! I hate having a building an they still want drinks or noone comes but it says there's a high demand. I don't get it.

My mamenchi’s literally died of starvation not even 5 mins after I got them despite being surrounded by the correct foliage they need…they just didn’t eat for some reason! Had the same issue on the JP level with the raptors…they had 3 live feeders but were “starving” at some point
They seem to have a hard time feeding themselves in my game as well
I had this happen a few times with my raptors on JP during Chaos Theory.
You can put compy with rexs the rexes wont hunt the compy

Actually I am a little disappointed about the Lost World part where you could only play with the What-if San Diego Park rather than the actually Site B, the long grass, water fall, and the city of San Diego etc. Except this, everything is fantastic.

hey bestinslot i just wanna say Thank you for your Tips your Videoformat rescued my Jurassic park Park on Isla Nublar and i brought it into 100% Completition now i also can do it on San Diego As well even when it Looks easier than Nublöar but when your T-rex is dieing of, you for sure have very much Struggle later but your Tips can be very helpful to did the entire Sandiego run without Dieing Dinosaurs so Far the RNG is ok with that ! XD
i wanna say you something and it comes to nobodys Attention yet , but I discovered a very nice detail on the Dinosaurs, you had not in the First game. And Im very much Surprised, that no UA-camr like you ever Regognized it even since a Week . BUT! Your Dinosaurs aging Visually when they get older! Not only on a number what the genes are giving them and gonna reach, but also visually i at first saw it on my Rex Buck on San Diego. when you get them they are very bright and Colorful and also looking like normal heathy rexes with healthy skin and with only the basic Wrinkles what they Have. but later whan they reach the Old age and are closer to die, They Loosing color , getting very pale and especially by the rexes the skin is getting more wrinkly and it also looking more shrinkwrapped than the Younger one whatis a very Nice hidden feature I thout i say it here because you and Other UA-camrs could bring such a Masterpiece of detail to ASttention I also could send Pics from the rex to Compare .

I actually just finished this mode a few minutes ago!!! I think you’ll find it very good of the what if scenario of Jurassic Park:San Diego actually happened. It’s not a bad mode, but if all 4 of your 5 Pachycephalosaurs die, then send it off to the carnivores because they will wreck up your whole park. Secondly, Megalosaurs and T Rex are stupidly expensive, with two costing almost $3.6 million to incubate. Good luck with the rest of the Chaos Theories

5:15 That doesn't seem to make sense BiS, if the events of JP didn't take place and the events of TLW did,that would mean Ingen abandoned Site B even though Jurassic Park wasn't destroyed,which doesn't make sense at all,I think all of the Chaos Theory runs are self-contained what-ifs
The chaos games are unrelated to eachother.. the first one is if the first mo or didn't happen and YOU made the park... The second game is if the everything happened but the Dino's were SUCCESSFULLY taken to America.

Could you use small rocks to block the goats in but the Rex could step over? I’ve seen rocks used as an addition to gaps in fences just to make them look cool
What if for the compies and Pachys, you gave them each 2 of the major blocks. Then put Triceratops in with the Pachys and Stegosaurus in with the compies
wish we had the option of where like it's sandbox mode for the story mode and even this chaos theory where we can have the option of not having them die by any age but rather for natural causes like sickness if ever caughtr with thatkind of sickness which is rare. something more realistic.
4:42 I think it's summer 1997. Years after the "incident at our first site" i.e Jurassic Park on Isla Nublar, not years after JP2TLW. This is "what if Ludlow's mission was a success" i.e if Van Owen, Malcolm and Harding hadn't sabotaged Ludlow & Tembo's mission to transport a bunch of dinosaurs to the USA and "the San Diego incident" never having happened because whatever caused that not happening.
I'm currently playing this level but can't increase guest capacity, I have 6 hotels, upgraded all amenities and paths to their largest but it won't go up. What should I do.
Path capacity is ~10,000 but I only have a tenth of that

Pachielophosaurue and compsonathus can be together, if you check what dinosaur they like and ahat dinosaur they dislike.
Amazing but little did you know that all carnivores can go in one exhibit and all the herbivores can go in there own exhibit without cohabitation issues. Which actually gives your park more appeal.

@@embuikema They might but they like being in the same enclosure and you gain a bonus from that. Local dinosaur appeal.
I figured the local government and state would mandate, a double layer massive wall with moat between them with arm guards on the outer wall to allow a park like this.
At the end or what I think is the end. I've finished the San diago mission but then it gives you a monthly contract so I hit the Dino fight one for the most money and I can't get my majungasaurus and triceratops to fight. Anyone have this issue? What do I do? I'm stuck! Plz help!
This happens after Jurassic park 1 During the 2 this is why they say it was years after the incident on the first site isla nublar. I think

Wish I has having as much fun as you. On console my game keeps crashing after I complete a challenge mode. Also Avery med team and removing dead animals don’t seem to work either. Stuck just watching others play

Ive had very few issues on ps5 outside of one issue with progression in the Canada campaign map. Havent touched sandbox yet.

I didn't get 5 stars in this one because my Parasaurolophus glitched through the fence and my star rating plunged to 0.2 stars from 3.9 stars and all my compies got sick and died, my Suchomimus refused to explore the enclosure and died of starvation so that was like 1.2 million down the drain so I gave up
