Mike or David what is wrong with Cowan or Minten 3rd line Center they will probably both will make the LEAFS line up
How about Cowan or Minten on that 3rd line centre?
I like the idea of trying to develop Cowan as a centre. Hate that the leafs didn't put any solid effort into developing either Nylander or Marner in that position. Maybe they could help the kid by putting Marner on his wing to help handle some defensive responsibilities. 1. Knies / Matthews / Domi 2. Robertson / Tavares / Nylander 3. Mcmann / Cowan / Marner 4. Jarnkrok / Kampf / Reaves
Maybe in about 3 years. They are not NHL ready yet.

@@twistfire74 Don't know what you are watching but Knies is 2 or 3 years ahead of both in terms of body style and necessary skills level. If either Cowan or Minten are on the NHL roster this year, the Leafs are in trouble. They are not ready.

Yeah, the QO deadline was June 30th at 5pm. Otherwise he’d have been a free agent. He’ll either accept the QO, negotiate an extension, or go to arbitration.

Tavares 3rd! Line centre marner should be 2 line centre he is perfect for it pass first and defence minded that's what centres usaly are they should off moved him to center years ago

Move Minten Robertson Chadwick Kampf and Liljegren to Pittsburgh for Sidney Crosby 50 percent contract value. He should do the 1 year rental for the greater good of the Penguins. Toronto is the ideal fit for his talent level and off ice presence. He and Matthews would be a real treat to see work together. Good luck, Leafs. 2025 is the year. 🧩
