Girl I know this video is 4 years old but I literally pulled the trigger on a pre loved Chanel GST from FASHIONPHILE just today from watching your video and because the price was so amazingly discounted. I also know what Jerry did for my Chanel jumbo flap , I know that he will restore the little bit of structure loss to the GST like he did for yours and make it look amazing ! Thank you for making this video ! 🥰🥰 PS: I would never take a Chanel bag to Chanel to be restored , they don’t have a clue what they are doing as far as restoration ! Jerry is truly a master , I watched a video of him restore a Chanel flap bag that was burnt right through by a light bulb and you would never know it !!

Just got mine back from leather surgeons and they did such an amazing job it had a tad bit of structure loss and they fixed it they brought such life back to the caviar leather I thought the hardware was amazingly clean considering I purchased it preloved but I was for sure wrong because the hardware is so so shiny I can't believe it they take the leather out of the chains they remove all the hardware and clean underneath the hardware he also told me not to store my Jumbo standing up either and it makes sense ! They are amazing !

I had a square mini re-dyed, restructured and cleaned. They are amazing. My classic flap is there now and I am thinking about getting a GST, which is how I found your video. I can’t wait to find one at a good price!

It cost to repair the leather to stand out?Mine GST looks like your GST before you sending to surgeon leather.I never heard that.How amazing and it looks new again.I have been in Stockholm/Sweden to clean my GST in their store chanel and it cost nothing.I hope there is surgeon leather also here in europe.It will be much appreciated if you reply my comment on your vlog, tnx and God Bless.

When you received yours back with the added structure, did the area that was reinforced feel “less flexible”? I had mine done at a different recommended place & while it looks great, I was bummed that whatever they used to add reinforcement back to the bag, was thick & not like the soft leather when I purchased it new. That was the trade off. Would love your feedback. Thx.
Actually yes. Mine was definitely stiffer. I wouldn’t say thicker but less flexible. I prefer it that way so that it will last otherwise, we’re doomed to repeat the sagging.
My Chanel Single Flap Jumbo is starting to lose some structure, especially at the bottom half. After watching the few reviews on YT re: the leather surgeons I'm debating in wether to send mine in to get restructured. Since the work will be done on the bottom half of my bag, my big concern is that my hologram sticker located inside front bottom left corner of my bag will get damaged or altered with the repair. How was your experience? I'm thankful I found your video!
+Apryl Kristine you can ask Gerry not to touch your hologram. I'm more than happy with their work. Once you email them picture of the bag they will explain to you what needs to be done.
Your serial number won’t be touch or damage Gerry put a clear protective sheet because mine was starting to peel. Excellent work highly recommended very quick and when I got my Chanel bag back I just started to cry so emotional how beautiful my bag is now

+The Luxury Hybrid I believe they do. Mine weren't worn off butt either way they came back looking brand new.
