Loved this. More challenging than most of you think. I'd select this (no dumbbells) for recovery, mobility or easy/moderate workout. Gave me a good sweat. I added 10 regular plank walk outs to the beginning after sitting all day.
I'm 70 and always had problems transitioning from floor to standing and vice versa during exercise routines. It's challenging to do these all at once so my plan is to work on one or two daily to improve my mobility. Thanks for this.
I'm a 71 year old personal trainer.. While I LOVE your creativity, Marcia, a number of these moves aren't safe for anyone with knee or wrist issues (both of which I have from overuse and aging). So folks, MODIFY to what works for you! This isn't a "warmup" for seniors unless you have no orthopedic issues and are already fit.
I think it's pretty funny that this circuit is designed for older adults (I guess that's me) because it's pretty challenging to perform! Maybe think of it as less of a "warm up" and more of a Part 1 of your workout. 💪😅
Great workouts!!!! I have incorporated some routines to my Corss Fitt routines. She is just stunning!!! My most sincere admiration for your programs and videos. You RULE!!!!! :)
I did this as my active recovery/mobility day this week, and I am SWEATY!! I come back to this one periodically, and it is always good. Thanks!
Great job! Love hearing this!

Love hearing what you did with it!
I really like this one a lot.

Thank you for your comments. You're right. If someone has known knee or wrist issues, this warmup may not be appropriate.
This is a fabulous warm up/workout. Thank you
Thanks and you're so welcome! :)
I just did this as a warmer to this weeks kettlebell w/o. I'm winded Marsha!
Lol - it's def not an easy one but it's great - I like to take bits and pieces from it to warm up.
Easier the second time around. I did it after my kettle routine.
found this 4 years late; but, will add this to my favorites🙂
Love to hear this! Thank you!
@@marshahughesworkouts you are quite welcome

Great workout as always, I'm a trainer in the UK
Could you let me know where your bra top is from ? Trainers? Thank you 😀
Hi! Thank you! Top is from Lululemon and trainers are from Fabletics. :)
Just add a 20lb infant for a complete workout 😄
Sounds great!
