    Quick tip: turning the gas can upside down can help as it travel into the engine as liquid
    You can also use a spark plug inside or a glow plug as an alternative

    Wow, your engine is so beautiful! I have already performed tests on my channel of a Kingtech engine and the same thing happens to me, for example the popcorn noise means that your engine is flooded and has oil boiling and burning inside To solve this problem I used a pressure regulating valve to stabilize the roughness of the pump. congratulations I have a video on my engine starting channel!

      Bro, a tip, use a weighing machine with rpm reader. Setup the the weighing machine beneath the engine (behind it). And rpm reader in front of it. Read thrust in KGs for a given RPM and then take the avg or mean. I know it is measured in KgN but it will work. It's desi jugad. Kudos

    upgrade that starter with a higher voltage motor (an 18v power drill motor) run that on 24v (2 car batteries in series). that'll give you a lot more rpm's on the starter and let the engine reach a higher N1 where it will self sustain.

      Q.2 Have you never used spark plug to fire on fuel? If you have ever used, I want to know that spark plug is OK at high temperature like 1000 degree celcious

    The plane comes from the fact that you're in a hot start moment if you will. We'll use the term hunt start when a turbine has not spoiled completely but is firing in sustaining thrust and combustion. It will not continue to spool and can cause significant damage to your turbine. You never really achieved spool up unfortunately. You're not letting it spool High Enough or you do not have enough fuel flowing into the combustion chamber.

    Sieht nicht so schlecht aus👍🏻
    Ich glaube aber, dass deine Turbine viel zu groß ist für die Brennkammer. Ziel ist es, in der BK eine isobare Verbrennung bei ca. 3-4 bar einzustellen (Radialverdichter wäre hierfür angebrachter, da du diesen Druckgradient damit leicht zusammenbekommst bei kompakterem Bauraum). Probiere mal den Druck nach dem VD und in der BK zu messen, das würde dir einen guten Überblick verschaffen.
    Wenn du dir zB eine Allison-Turbine ansiehst, wirst du feststellen, dass der Ansaugdurchmesser für die abgegebene Leistung in Verhältnis viel kleiner ist als bei deiner Turbine.
    Auf jeden Fall weiermachen, nur so lernt man dazu

    • @Praendy
      @Praendy  2 роки тому

      Hi,
      die Turbine läuft prima.
      Mein Verdichterdruck liegt max bei 2,2 Bar.
      Ich benutze einen Radialverdichter von Garrett, bin aber jetzt bei einem Mitsubishi TD 13 Rad.
      Eine moderne Kleinturbine läuft aus einer Kombination aus Axial- Radialverdichter.
      Deswegen erreichen die mit relativ kleinen Durchmessern diese enorme Leistung.
      Bin soweit zufrieden für die erste Eigenbauturbine😉
