    После сварки нужен термический отпуск. И только после термической обработки нужно делать мехобработку. Иначе внутренние напряжения при работе двигателя и нагреве все поведут.

    Just a little PSA, if the turbine or a compressor stage explodes, it will send a lot of very fast shrapnel in all directions perpendicular to the main axis. Please don't have people sitting in the death zone.

    So i am a bit of a curious man, and i wonder if one could have the fins mounted from a rail on the housing that spins inward with no central shaft or secondary purpose for a shaft such as to move the air around it in a configuration to cause the bottle neck at a rocket expansion cone just after the fuel is mixed, so that when the air fuel mixture exits the choke point the compression of the air is great enough for it to combust the fuel in the cone for maximum thrust... secondary air stream around the outer circumference of the rocket cone to create force vectoring?

      Hydro turbines introduced so funny names, but I understand that axial compressor blades mostly lie in a plane ( small angle ) to press into the chamber. Turbine blades on the other hand are "vertical" at angle 90° for maximum torque. So I understood that the exhaust velocity is far above the velocity of the blades? So it seems like that we could just place counter rotating n1, n2, and n3 ( co to n1 ) turbines in series. With guide vanes before and after this stack.

    I think it will be Whats we call 1.4301 oder auch AISI 304 (V2A) und 1.4404 oder AISI 316 (V4A).
    I’m pretty sure!

      I use ngv and turbine inconel 713c. Haven't tried the 316 or 310s, so I'm not sure if they can handle the heat. The temperature of the exhaust nozzle can reach 900 degrees, so there is no problem using 316.

    Wow the turbine runs so cool overheating is a big problem. But 500deg.that’s great

  • @pauljs75
    @pauljs75 Рік тому +1

    Seems like it runs pretty good once started. Might need to figure a way to keep it spinning on cool-down so you don't get any warping or other similar issues. My limited understanding is stopping a jet turbine while it's still hot may lead to bad news regarding its maintenance. And is the scraping at the end on the outer periphery or is it the bearings?

    • @Praendy
      @Praendy  Рік тому

      Hi,
      the ngv is not the problem. I figured out the engine housing, where the ngv is screwed in, is a bit warped.
      At the moment I build a new "bigger" housing and the problem will be solved.
      Usualy I use a 90mm electric impeller in front of the air intake to cool down the engine.
      Thank you😉

      @Praendy  Рік тому +5

      Hi John,
      The engine casinh in the back is not very hot in idle. ~150-200°C
      The exhaust temperature is much hotter 500-700°C.
      So it is possible to touch the engine a short time, to feel any vibrations.

      I know of several companies that make small jet engines in Europe.
      Could you possibly buy fuel pumps for jet engines with a thrust of 100 kg or more? For example the fuel pump of jet cat p1000 or pbs tj 100 and tj150.
      I'm looking for a fuel pump with 3lpm performance at 6bar.
      They don't answer my emails. can you do my favor? If I can't buy a pump, I'll have to make the pump myself. Pump development is difficult because there is no company that makes a small amount of small gears or the like.

I hope, I am from India and just learning about the aeronautical and aerospace. I would be truly grateful if you guide .
