Ingredients:
To make Dosa:
• 1 cup oats
• 1 cup poha
• 1 cup semolina
• 1 cup curd
• Salt to your taste
• 1 tsp Eno
• Oil
• Water as required
To make potatoes mixture:
• 6-7 Boiled Mashed potatoes
• ½ cup finely chopped onion
• 1-2 mid-size finely chopped tomatoes
• 1 tsp mustard seeds
• 1 tsp red chili powder
• ½ tsp garam masala
• ½ tsp mango powder
• 1-2 chopped green chilli
• Salt to your taste
• 1-2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
