I have tried to make this sooji dosa from other sources it was always a disaster. I followed your step by step instructions it came out perfect. I could not believe, how lovely it looked. I also made the coconut chutney and the potato stuffing. My husband loved it. I saw him licking his fingers.

The best part is your trick of soda for colour...kyunki papa ko bina oil ka dosa dena tha ,agr colour na ata to unko pasand na ata, but color bhi ekdm perfect aya, thanks bhai.

Excellent innovation for instant dosa, 👌👌prepared dosa as shown in video it came out okay. To same added 1 tsp rice powder and prepared dosa, it came out excellent.

I made it today same like u told... But dosa didnt came out crispy... Its soft... I thougt it will b crispy... Chatni n aloo masala was superb.. 😊😍
If batter is thin, dosa becomes soft. Keep batter little thick and make dosa thin. Then it will be crispy.

No you cannot...the soda will lose its fizz
