Rings!!!! U can do dips rows pull ups chest flys archer and more just with rings just need a place to hang them and they only cost 20$ and they are the most comfortable and best tool in upper body imo
I don't know what that guy was doing but you don't have to clime to disassemble the rings. Rings are very portable as long as you have a sturdy stool or what that you can hang them on to. You can easily take them off.
Hi. This is a bit unrelated, but, my parents won't let me eat less food so I can cut, I'm 13, and I'm skinny fat, around 110, 5'3" I haven't done weight training before, and I want to start. How much should I be lifting? How much should I be eating? How often should I work out? I really want to get abs and a good physique for our spring break trip to Florida, in early April.
You don’t have to eat a lot less, just slightly less than you normally eat and as long as you are working out minimum 3 days a week, you should see progress
