I was just thinking "april showers bring may flowers" and you showed the saying😊. I've been in my garden watching the tulips bloom, the cherry, apple, apricot, plum, peach, and pear blossoms and all my perennials stretching themselves after a long winter snooze. It's so lovely😊. A few bees buzzed by my ear to say hello and all the furry creatures are out to chew on the grass (and unfortunately some of my tulips and parsley) which I really don't mind. There's plenty for all of us to enjoy. I'm looking forward to the bee balm flowering and the hummingbirds seeming motionless as they hover above sipping their nectar. Spring is so beautiful isn't it?!

Your cottage reminds me of my home. I have Cancer and going have surgery on May 18th. I need prayers to recover and keep my left foot. I be able go home in the Fall. Your videos help me so much. Thank you for sharing. Love from Texas ❤❤❤🤠

My sister and I went towards St Louis today to Hostas on the Bluff. I bought 4 different varieties of hostas and 2 bleeding heart plants. I can't wait to plant them on the north side of my home.

I started out my Saturday morning with this video and I'm so happy I did! You've inspired me to take it slow and try to romanticize the small things. My husband has to leave tomorrow for a business trip for over a month, leaving me in a new country by myself with our pets and none of our furniture. It's scary and stressful, but your videos really do bring me some peace so thank you for that :)

I grew up near my hometown's cemetery in MA. I loved going for walks in it. Even now in RI, I will occasionally go take a walk to the nearest historic cemetery to say 'Hi' to the dead folks.

I can't believe it! I just recently made a comment about how I like the same things as you do and I see you're plates! I have a set of Olde English countryside made by the Johnson Brothers that I use all the time! It took years of collecting to aquire the set. I would like to recommend a book , The Nature Notes of an Edwardian Lady by Edith Holden. The illustrations are beautiful . I also hang out my clothes to dry. It's relaxing and I always think of my mom. Love to you both.
