- HERE I SHOW FOR COMPARISON THE PERUVIAN TORCH, THE MEXICAN SENITA CACTUS, THE TOOTHPICK CACTUS, THE SAN PEDRO, BRIDGESII, MACROGONUS, AND A CLONE OF THE LAST TWO MENTIONED. IT IS OFTEN DIFFICULT FOR SOME TO DETERMINE WHAT KIND OF CACTUS THEY HAVE OR ARE CONSIDERING BUYING. HOPE THIS HELPS. I HAVE MANY VIDEOS ABOUT THESE CACTI, PLEASE CHECK THEM OUT. MOST HAVE BEEN USED SPRITUALLY AND FOR RELIGIOUS CEREMONIES IN SOUTH AMERICA FOR OVER 3,000 YEARS. I WOULD APPRICIATE A THUMBS UP IF YOU LIKED THE VIDEO. THANKS, KEITH IN ARIZONA
Please see my other South American cacti videos. Thanks and give me a thumbs up if you liked the video. Keith in AZ
Groovyman 1968 I'd like to expand my collection. I'm intrested in buying from you, can I get your Ebay name?
whats your ebay do you still sell cuttings?
Thanks for the vid. Arizona is one of the reasons I fell in love with cacti years ago traveling thru your state.
Thank you for all the Information. Good luck on your sales in E-Bay.
These are beautiful as always! thanks this was informative. My favorite is the san pedro cactus.
Beautiful collection, watching from Australia. I have some young Cacti myself, I have the bridgesii, Peruvianus, the San Pedro, trichocereus scopulicola and some tiny peyote that I'm growing from seed.
FACT, find a way to message me. I will send you free plants. I will pay shipping. 🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂
Great looking collection you have there! I'm just getting started on mine, but with my climate zone I'll have to keep them inside some of the time. I've got some Bridgesii, a Peruvianus and some Terscheckii.
+Kharimi Nougat Awesome plants you have! Many people who like these cactus live in cold winter places. I have sold many to the upper NorthEast states, and they grow excellent, many of my buyers (now friends) send pics. They just bring them inside for a few months. Fast draining soil, and cutting back on the water is key to colder weather cactus success. Thanks for watching! Keith
I Love them all, but that Crestada! Awsome Stuff!
You have some AWESOME plants Keith :-) Really WONDERFUL and mega COOL :-) Such a brilliant video showing all the different varieties of these magical and amazing plants, Thanks so much for sharing Keith and sending you an abundance of love and happiness from Ireland to Arizona for a wonderful weekend ahead XXXXX
heartfullofhappiness Thanks Lyn, best to you and Sean.
I could swear I saw sasquatch in the background.
Hii lyn its Lisa marie, u remember me? ^^
The one who is growing mushrooms and going to go into cactus for mescaline
Good video. I just got a nice looking Macrogonus. These tall cacti are stunning specimens.
I love this video helped me a lot thx
New sub. Looks like you know you stuff. Of course I have no clue what any of those are called :) Thanks for sharing :) I look forward to seeing some more of your videos :)
Thanks so much. Keith
nice name benja
Man I had a Stetsonia for 6 grow seasons, and it finally pupped 2 arms the 6th spring. Got in a tight spot and had to move, gave all my BRILLIANT cacti away. The one I wanted to keep was my Stets, but KINDLY gave it to a little old lady who PROMISED she'd take care of it. She killed it, along with many others I gave. I've since rebuilt some of my collection, but still looking for a new stets. Going to pick up a Pachanoi and Bridgessii this Saturday.
Thanks for your interest in these amazing cacti.....Keith
Got some good news for you Keith! The 6 Cholla, 4 have new additions growing out of them! The San Pedro...at least another inch bigger all round already. The Toothpick cactus about the same, but alive and no harm done in customs all that time and the Saguaro is okay, no bigger, but doing ok. The Occoldof stems, one survived, but will leave them all in the pot, just in case they are slow to take. The Cardon, still the same size, but might have a spurt next summer. So as you can see, done well considering the hard journey here. Not seen many videos from you as of late, hope you are keeping well. Will try to call you one day for a little chat. Best wishes from a sticky and humid Kent - Steve
He Steve, Great to hear from you! I was recovering form my shoulder surgery, and then about a month ago I was hit from behind in a car accident. Guy never even slowed down. I had a mild concussion, and whiplash. Of course he had no insurance, but mine will cover it. Glad your plants are doing okay. The toothpick cactus and the cardone are very fast growers. I'll be posting new videos within the week. Almost no rain in 6 months here. Have a great day, Keith
Oh my, so glad you are okay Ken! Doesn't surprise me from what I saw with lots of drivers over there though. Glad the insurance company is going to cover you and also that your shoulder op went ok. 6 months without it there, I've had 6 months with it lol. Will call you soon for a chat. Look forward to those videos buddy!
@@Groovyman-je6yb You have to have uninsured motor vehicle insurance. With all the illegals not having drivers license and Insurance the cops don't even arrest them or do anything to them because they never show up to court. But let you not have insurance you'll be taken to the cleaners.
That macrogronus is stunning, indeed very difficult to find.
Could you explain a little more about the cactus in the orange pot? Best Wishes, G.
great video. wish I lived in arizona
+steven t Thanks, been here 23 years now. The experience for me is enhanced living on 2 acres, great for my first home. Don't plan on moving. Where are you at? Keith
beautiful collection. do all of these contain mescaline?
what cactus that looks like the San Pedro that has a red/purple bulb/flower that turns black then eventually falls off?
Can I please ask why my San Pedros have different lengths of spines, some of them have very long spines about an inch or more while some have medium spines a few centimeters long while some have very short spines. Colours range from light green to dark green to blueish green. And some are quite thin too like the bridghesci while many look like the classic San pedro. They nearly all have the v notch above the spines. I'm in Europe and bought them online from cactus specialists in Germany and Holland so I'm quite sure they are not the PC type.
great collection!!! IM hoping to start mine right now. They are germinating in a container covered with a ziplock. I noticed the top soil looks dry. Should I open and mist or leave it how it is?
+LAKED801OUT Hello, sorry I didn't catch your comment earlier. I am pretty new to UA-cam, and didn't get a notice of your question. Misting is okay, but the soil shouldn't have dried out if the bag was sealed. Sometimes I use a larger pot, and rubberband a ziplock over the top, but the soil can dry out if there are holes at the bottom of the pot. Best to use like a 4" pot so it can be placed entirely inside the ziplock bag. Hope that helps, and that your seedlings are growing. Keith
very nice collection can you make a video on your mutant cacti?
+lord snake up Thanks for your comment. If you mean more like the monstrose San Pedro, there are only a couple more in my collection. I wish I had more. I am doing a lot of grafting lately, and will produce many plants that are half one species, and half another. Kinda fun doing cacti surgery, and having them turn out well. Keith
Awesome video man . . not a lot of people take the time to help the beginners out and you have done that and more . . I am also in arizona . . northeast phx . . I would love to buy some cutting from you . . what is the best wy to go about contacting you and seeing what all you offer for sale ?? Thanks for your time grooveyman
+Larry Black Thanks for your comment, and Merry X-Mas. I sell on eBay, under the same name, groovyman1968. Not selling currently on eBay. If you send me a private message, with phone number, we can work something out. I usually like to sell a large flat rate box for about $65, all San Pedro. With no shipping it would be $50. I work at Van Buren and 44th st, (Not as a hooker LOL). Perhaps we could meet some evening around 730pm. I would need like 5 days to make some cuts and allow them to heal. I could include a few other tricho species also, not just all San Pedro. Thanks, Keith
I am not sure if the cactus I have is a Peruvian torch, the one you showed in the video that you said is different looks the same to me. It could be one or the other. How do I be certain?
Wow your San Pedro in the orange pot is quite the specimen, what a beautiful cactus.
+irishelk Thanks for your comment, I wish I had more of those. Hoping for seeds from that one in the future. Have a great day, Keith
Groovyman 1968 You too man, great collection.
Do all of these cacti species contain mescaline?
Beautiful plants Keith... thanks for sharing... that one san pedro to the right in the group pot- looks different with those notched ribs.. are those all from the same plant?
Dan Kennedy Good observation. I think that's one of the mostrose variety, ribbed sides. I like to mix cuttings and put them in the same pot, or spot in the ground together. These were cut from different plants. Thanks for watching Dan!
Dan Kennedy Hi Dan, I sent you a PP request, include your address through my AOL or PP, and I will fill your order. Thanks again for checking out my video.
do you get gd trips of them
hey man.... if i wanted to purchase some of these how can i go about it? do you have a discord or anything where I could DM you? facebook even?
Sweet man
Where do you sell your stocks?
Do just the San Pedro and Peruvian torch just contain mescaline or do all of these?
Thank you so much! Me my friend and neighbor have been wondering forever what our 20ft cactus actually is lmfao
It's a bridgesii by the way!
I'm also in arizona , would you be interested in selling a peruvian torch cuttings? Thanks!
hmm where can find info on christadas?
What's the name of this strange cactus in the middle?
That is not a Senita, which (generally) have fewer ribs and shorter spines during the early years of life. Later on, the spines grow very long and thin, but then the areoles are always very close together on the ribs. It looks like something in the genus Stenocereus. You probably knew all of this by now, but I wanted to let you know anyway. There are lots of Senita cactus in my videos and also the monster Senitas, which are called Totem Pole cactus. Thumbs up for crested San Padro cactus!
Hello. How do I purchase Bolivian Torch and Peruvian Torch from you?
Hey dude. Do you still happen to have your eBay store??
What about Mescaline content?
did you clone a macrogones and burgesse together?
Many of these I bought, some cloned, many grown from seed. Lost track of many of the names, I just grow them because they do well here, in some shade.
I have San Pedro 10 cm top cutting that started to rotten on the top. can it still be planted or maybe to cut off the rotten top?
Cut away all black or discolored flesh immediately. Keep dry, inside, and put a fan on it if you can. I have had 3 inch cuts become amazing specimens.
@@keithinaz9769 thank you
Whats your ebay store hyprlink?
Hi, can I send you a clip to get your opinion, on what I’ve got? I’ve lost thousands of plans with a blaze...
maybe you can send me an email or an idea, how to transmit it.
Thanks for your time,
Sincerely
Gorgonzola
thats old. have any new videos
Whats you ebay store?
Thanks for your question. 👍 I'm moving to 7,100 ft, done with the 🏜 desert. Sold my house, find a way to contact me. 🙂
What's your name on Ebay uou have some good lookin cactuses!
Same name, not selling on ebay for around 5 years. Find a way to contact me!!!! 🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂
why do people graft bragicii so mush do they rot easy?
Hi, from my experience, Bridgesii grow slower, are thinner, and less vigorous growers, which sometimes fall over. Grafting them make them tougher. My experience only. Thanks, Keith
Wonder what happened to Keith? ?? Its like he just randomly stopped uploading. Maybe Lin knows something, the lady from the other Cacti channel.
Keith is back. Message me somehow. 🙂
@@keithinaz9769 dont know how. But thanks for sharing that one vid a while ago about how to germinate cacti seed using the tupper ware and baggie method. you should put a contact email in your profile.
Can you make tea out of these?
what's your seller name on eBay? shit I just spent so much on cacti I can't buy anything until next month.
Hello friend. I am not selling right now on eBay. Maybe in the Summer.
Groovyman 1968 well I'll be waiting for that time then. what name do you use?
Same as on UA-cam, groovyman1968
Groovyman 1968 I'll be looking for you then.
Dude are you still around?
how many of these cacti contain mescaline?
massively miniscule Peruvian torch, San Pedro, peyote, and a couple other ones You can't go wrong with San Pedro if prepared right it's like LSD but more relaxing and it's impossible to have a bad trip it's a very natural trip lots of Kaleidoscope
morphing/breathing
and swirling
amazing patterns moving in abstract style
you will love it.
John Beattie sorry to inform you but I had a bad experience on sans.. but to be far I wasn't in the best of times.
Yeaiplayrs what happened besides euphoria and visuals?
@Mario Salinas nice to know someone does this lol i was on san pedro for 4 days and now im not tripping today this comment made me smile
There are many many different peruvianus and macrogonus so, a comapative video is pretty much useless , there are many different ones , long spined, short, and so on
