  • I have lost weight thru bowling and exercise. I use to think bowling was not exercise. I can tell you from experience try bowling 10 games and see how you feel. If you go to a personal trainer vs bowling I pick bowling. Eat more protein. Drink more water or unsweetened ice tea and keep moving
    Feb 2024 I weighed 296 lbs which was down 13 lbs from my all time high of 309. Today July 20, 2024 I weigh 221
    So that’s 88 lbs my pants went from 42 to 36.. bowling has been instrumental in achieving this reduction. Talk to your Dr and get to moving. I had a few nagging problems
    Nerve pain in my legs and feet but just keep moving !! Gods Speed !
