People in the comment section don't forget there is something more important than the exercises you do, whether mild or extreme. What you eat is more important than any exercise. You could do crazy P96X workouts, but if you still eat a whole pizza for breakfast, McDonald's for lunch, and Chinese take out for dinner, you ain't losing anything. I went from 109.4 KG to 99.7 KG by walking for about 1½ months with no rest days where I walk for 5KM. Skipping all sugary foods and drinks and eat the same things every day to make sure I keep my calories around 2000-2100. My goal is to reach 90 perhaps even 85 then gain muscle
I started at 107 and im now at 104. Losing 10kg without changing your diet drastically is ludicrous! I've lost half that in a month without much changing my diet. However ive shrunk considerably in size. Probably put on some muscle so my weight didn't fluctuate that much.
Don't ever do anything drastic, strict, or unsustainable for weightloss. Youll see results fast, but once you hit a milestone your mental and physical wont be able to handle and continue that, and you'll return. Ive been there a thousand times for fast results. Each time becomes more difficult to get back into. This is why everyone mentions lifestyle change, it sounds the most difficult but it really isnt. Anything becomes a habit once you get into it.
@@orangemoonglows2692 Yes, it is. Simply starting a healthy diet and lifestyle change goes beyond that. Starting off 10k daily is highly unsustainable and an unrealistic goal. Your body isn't adjusted, and unless it's already an in-grained habit, people's lives fluctuate. Sure, you can complete the challenge. Yet, you're setting yourself up for disappointment and failure later down the road when you've burned yourself out. Your body too. You won't find it appealing to continue what has caused much dread and misery. 10k daily should come after, not before. Nothing beats a sustainable habit. Yo-yo diets exist for a reason.
diet depends on every individual so you can't follow his diet, if you wanna start your diet do it little by little or else you won't be ablw to follow your diet program

Thank you for sharing this video ❤
Thank you and best of luck!
I am flabbergasted that you actually spent 30 days walking on a treadmill without getting off…that definitely has to be a world record…if you are able to do that I am confident I can get motivated to better myself …I am literally speechless…why isn’t this on the news or getting more attention?? Thank you for motivating me!!!
Blud is not funny
😬
damn dude, that's a HUGE difference, good work
i just bought a treadmill and on my first day of 10k steps.. i hope i can have same results as you did!
Bro did u lose weight ?
Keep going!!!
It actually works. I weighed 400 lbs. I weigh 250 now
How much did u lose on average every month ? I'm curious cuz I want to try
@@sinchanagopalakrishna132 don't listen to that guy. that is completely unrealistic
That’s awesome! 😮
You look amazing ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Thank you!!
I went from 109.4 KG to 99.7 KG by walking for about 1½ months with no rest days where I walk for 5KM. Skipping all sugary foods and drinks and eat the same things every day to make sure I keep my calories around 2000-2100. My goal is to reach 90 perhaps even 85 then gain muscle
amazing congrats!
Perfect use of an aot song
Great show!
EREN JAEGAR!!!!!!

I’m 61 years old. Going to start my 10k steps. I want to see how much weight I can lose in 90 days.
Good luck!!
I'm proud of you brother! Keep up the good work!
Hi! I'd love to know if this was the only activity you did or were other workouts included too? Great progress btw👏 ❤
Thanks Amy. I also did a bit of swimming and weight lifting
keep going bro
Thanks mate. I am still going strong!
@@BillyBrendan hell ya the journey is the best part!
He would be my motivation always.
He's one of the best example of consistency
Imaging by running!! Great job bro
I started at 107 and im now at 104. Losing 10kg without changing your diet drastically is ludicrous! I've lost half that in a month without much changing my diet. However ive shrunk considerably in size. Probably put on some muscle so my weight didn't fluctuate that much.
Motivated me to do the same! Keep it up!
Ok, but did his diet change during that period?
Can’t wait to get started 😊
Don't ever do anything drastic, strict, or unsustainable for weightloss. Youll see results fast, but once you hit a milestone your mental and physical wont be able to handle and continue that, and you'll return. Ive been there a thousand times for fast results. Each time becomes more difficult to get back into.
This is why everyone mentions lifestyle change, it sounds the most difficult but it really isnt. Anything becomes a habit once you get into it.
walking is not extreme or unsustainable. a lot of folks recommend walking 10k steps a day.
Thank you for this! Just started 4 days ago and it's a miracle that I can already changes in my body!
Thanks for watching! Best of luck! Keep it up!
Great motivation i will do this from tommorow surely and can u pls tell me abt ur diet also that what u ate in these 30 days plss
diet depends on every individual so you can't follow his diet, if you wanna start your diet do it little by little or else you won't be ablw to follow your diet program
@@raetuko tysm I am currently following my own diet nd before my weight was 79kg nd now its 59
Duly noted and motivated...thanks fam...I'm on it!
Very inspiring. What’s the song called?
Thanks. Song is from attack on Titan. Link in the description
@@BillyBrendan omg youre a weeaboo

Thanks, will do!
What was your diet like ? Awesome job I’m going to gym now I have t been working out in years and I’m just gonna start by walking
This 100% works, I walk 10-17k steps a day along with working out and it really keeps fat down.
Agreed! Walking is great!
10k likes for 10k steps
Keep strong brother 🙌 🔥
Billy I would like to know what was the speed of your treadmill when you made the walking? Also did you set the same speed throughout the month ??
6km/h always same speed. Increase distance
@@BillyBrendan very helpful . Thank you ..
@@Sonia_Godfray_Hindu are u hindu?
Nice congrats
🎉
Thanks 😁
Hey I don’t have a machine for walking but could I go outside and walk?
Of course you can my friend,😃
Honestly this is better!
Sure
This what relying on technology has reduced us to...asking strangers for opinions if going outside to walk is the same as walking inside🤦♂️
@@DemocracyManifest 😂😂 I thought the same when I read it
Such a realistic transformation
Glad you enjoyed!
How many calories are you eating and keep up the great work
Thanks. About 1000 - 1800
