The life and Times of a concrete contractor that made some changes
! Now I am the original 70 year old rookie bowler ! Seeking to excel! Heck I even bought a Hammer Effect to help accomplish that goal !
On April 17,2023 I began bowling after not bowling for 54 years . I set goals
As follows my bowling bucket list !

1. to lose weight 80 lbs 👍
2. I want to average 200 or better,
3. bowl 300 on regular basis !
4. Have a 800 series !
5. Bowl 3 games clean during league play!

The only goal obtained so far is losing the weight!!!
It’s been a year and I am still on my way to achieve these goals ‘

With Gods help all things are possible
I started at 69 plus years of age
300 plus lbs, high blood pressure
Numb feet with neuropathy, stenosis of the spine, arthritis and a few other things ! But I say forget those irritating
Ailments and keep moving.

Today I weigh 225 bowled 1200 games and my average at 190 in the last 30 games.
