Please do a video on wine storage options. What is considered long term storage? How much does it cost to build a cellar and how did your journey started? Keep up the good work D!
The Casanova di Neri Brunello ist pure art, recently had a 2013 and it blew me away. Hard to believe that’s only their entry level Brunello with a few others sitting above in terms of quality (and price)
What do you pay for these in the US? I have them here and would like to see the comparison in $. Here Casanova di Neri Brunello di Montalcino 2013 is around $90 US dollars! As another example Massolino 2016 Barolo here is $70 US, 2016 Massolino Barolo Margheria / Parafada $140US and 2014 Massolino Barolo Vigna Rionda $250 US
I started my collection when the covid shutdowns started March 2020. The 2016 Hall is seriously one of the best value cabernets for the price. The 2018 Roar is one of the best pinot noirs I have tasted at that price as well.
Another great video. I agree with your opinion on the vintages. All great selections. That Brunello must have been delicious. I haven't popped any of my 2015's yet, but looking forward to it!
Very nice collection. I began my collection when I started working at a grocery store. Mostly when it goes on clearance and they reset the displays. The focus is on reds, because my girlfriend prefers them.

@@decantswithd is it fine if I store my red wine between 52-57 degrees F?
@@AA-cw3jm it is, but that is colder than it needs to be. 59F is just fine
@@decantswithd okay but keeping them between 52-57 in my wine fridge is okay though?
@@AA-cw3jm yes
